I usually go into CVS to pick up my prescriptions. I've never had a bad experience either in the pharmacy area or the other consumer areas.Everybody working here is always professional, customer oriented, and pleasant. I hope your experience is the same.

I see why this CVS has such bad reviews! Very rude employees and not very helpful! I went in to get TWO photos printed, no one was at the phot lab when I walked in, I looked around and asked for help from the only visible employee, Victoria. She just said “do it online”. I struggled to find the size I need online and on the kiosk they have in store. Victoria was very rude and unhelpful. As an employee in the service industry you should be ashamed. If you can at all possible avoid this CVS.

Pharm Techs look downright unhappy to be working and are absolutely rude. Definitely in need of major customer service training. There’s gotta be better pharmacy options out there.

Gave my mom the wrong medication. She told them it was the wrong medication and that it had made her sick before but they INSISTED she take it home and try it to find out for sure.

I only use the pharmacy because it is convenient, but the customer service is not acceptable. I realize times are tough with finding employees, but CVS needs to do better and be better. Appearance and attitude still matter and some of the workers need to improve in these areas.

This pharmacy was extremely slow to help me. My prescription was sent to the wrong location which is not their fault, I understand. However even after 45 minutes of me waiting while I did the work to track down which CVS it went to so they could recieve it, they STILL made me get back in line behind a bunch of people who got there way after me. This eventually turned into me waiting well over an hour and the pharmicists weren't helpful or accommodating whatsoever. I expressed to them I was still experiencing symptoms of my illness and I sat there in discomfort while they kicked me to the back of the line. Highly recommend any other location.

UPDATE: I have had time to transfer ALL my RX’s (3) to H‑E‑B while waiting in line at this dumpster fire. I am getting my RX now and never coming back here. Literally the last one I’m getting here. One was supposed to be ready and they said 30 minutes so this is my second time in the drive thru from hell. Currently in the drive thru. They do not care about your time and have no sense of urgency. I am contagious so cannot go in. The last 2 cars in front of me have left bc the wait is so long. I desperately need my meds so I can get home: I’ve sat in this drive thru for 30 mins before. Unacceptable. Looking to change pharmacies asap. I had time to edit and type this review and same car up front for the last 20 mins.

Don't sit down, because the tale I have to tell will surely make to stand erect with rage, a furor so zealous no feat of divine might could wretch you from your holy duty of retribution upon this lowly and unruly pharmacy. This pharmacy, if it can even retain such a title, is a place of scum and villiany unlike any "professional" location it's a wonder people fo not trust health professionals. Rude, incapable of decency, and continuous insulting, flippant retorts it's a wonder they remain open, let alone employed. I am no doctor, so if they offer a consultation I alway accept, between taking with food or without, morning or evening, it is impossible to alway keep straight. I have a pad to take notes, so I remember. The tech chortled when I pulled it out when I asked for the promised consultation. Snotty thing. And the pharmacist was no better! Muttering under their breath, and insulting me for my lack of hearing. The girl behind me was trying to help me at this point, repeating what the pharmacist was saying, while they remained smug and unfettered with presumption.I felt ashamed, beyond insulting, beyond abuse, it was as if I was naked and alone and the pharmacist kept needling me as I stood there hoping to receive enlightenment.Avoid. At all costs! Shame of these people, these low-lives! These scoundrels! These meanies and brutes!0/10, would not recommend, they still have meds for me and keep calling because I don't want to go back and won't let my daughter pick them up for me. Very unprofessional! Very rude!

This is the second time I have had to extract information regarding a prescription because it was not filled due to a shortage. It was supposed to be filled 2 weeks ago. Still it has not. No one is proactive in calling you or pick up the phone. Stay away from this store.

Moved to the area recently, used this pharmacy for my prescriptions as years ago used to work for CVS as a pharmacy technician. Don’t know what change happened to let the quality of service drop. Will say a prescription will be ready at certain time, for it not to be, takes a long time for the phone to be answered, and had a friend’s prescription transferred to a different pharmacy then he was told. Definitely needs more staff to help them out.

I have to say, I didn't think anything on Huebner Road could be worse than the Little Caesars, but this pharmacy proved me wrong. 5 TIMES I got a call that my Rx was ready and 4 TIMES these people pretended they've never heard of me and even implied I was dumb. The 5th time they said, 'Oh dang sorry. It was sent to another store. My bad. Haha.' These people need some training on customer service and, even more so, how to do their jobs.Unfortunate that I had to put 1 star, as I don't think they even deserve that much. 0/10.

One of the things I've always appreciated about CVS is the friendliness of the cashiers. I came today and there were signs on both registers that said to use the next register. Basically, the cashier was stocking shelves and customers were to use the self checkout. They're in their right to run their business this way. This isn't as much a criticism as it is just an expression of disappointment. The personalized service and friendly interactions made CVS different from other businesses. Honestly, I'll probably won't continue to come here because they're just like any other place now.

I have been a CVS customer for over 30 years. Been to MULTIPLE locations and this location at Bitters and Huebner is a true dumpster fire. Granted one time was a doctor error but other than that, it takes 3-4 trips to the pharmacy to get my RXs filled. One time I was given someone else's narcotics. Another time I was given the wrong narcotics. Most recently I was given bottles with no label and no instructions. It takes 35-45 minutes each time to even get through the checkout process. I highly encourage all to use a different location to fill your prescriptions. They need a true overhaul of their processes. One RX I have now waited on for 6 weeks before someone FINALLY told me it was on backorder. They just left me in the dark as to why I still didn't have it after trying to fill it 4 separate times. Truly, stay away

Called about my prescription at 4pm and they said it be ready in 1hr called back at 4:45 to make sure it would be ready before leaving said it would be ready by 6pm so I got here at 7pm to be told it's not ready and won't be ready till tomorrow.... only reason they got the second star is because they were able to find another pharmacy for me that would be able to get it filled for me tonight

Store had desired item in stock, and the clerk was quick to leave work with stock to provide service at the register Rewards coupon made the purchase very inexpensive.
