The employees are very good, but I hate their limited hours! I realize there are other locations with extended hours, but this is the closest one to my elderly aunt whom I pick up for. Also, you can’t speak with anyone. Instead, you have to leave a voicemail. Very frustrating.

Justin, the pharmacist at CVS, consistently provides exemplary customer service and demonstrates great attention to detail. He always treats me with kindness and helps me navigate the complexities of hard-to-fill prescriptions. I highly recommend this CVS location because of Justin.

Wonderful service at this CVS pharmacy located inside the Target off Blanco and 1604. They are always helpful and quick to confirm whether my prescriptions are in stock and quick to fill the prescription when my doctor submits the refill request and it is in stock. I plan to use this location for me and my family for many years to come.

Justin and staff make this pharmacy worth the travel. I have been using this pharmacy for years now and by far this is the most attentive and friendly pharmacy. I only get a couple scripts here since my insurance is not accepted. I have to go to Walgreens for others and I absolutely hate it. If the scripts weren’t so expensive I would never use Walgreens and only use this pharmacy.

Terrible manager and customer service. On 10/3/23 I was declined my prescription/service by Justin Hrncir. They had my prescription but told me “Go get it somewhere else. I am not selling it to you.”Here is the story. So, I recently came back from a deployment, and I broke out due to the dryness and heat of that location. They had my prescription ready. Once I was on my way to the location, I realized it was far from my house. So, I decided to call them to see if it was possible to transfer my prescription to another location which was closer. He (Justin) informed me that I would have to call that CVS to get it transferred. So that closer CVS said they did not have the prescription it was sold out at that store. So, then I decided to continue my drive to this Blanco road CVS.When I arrived, I spoke with Justin Hrncir and that is when he told me that he was not going to sell me my prescription because I called and said I wanted to know how to transfer so he cancelled it on his behalf when I* never said cancel my prescription. Then he said, “I'm not selling it to you because we didn’t do all that work for no reason so go get it from another store.” even thought I was there in person.At the end of the day, you can call it miscommunication or an assumption to cancel the prescription. Just imagine if someone was really sick, and they needed a prescription and was told “I am not selling it to you get it from another store. We did not do all that work for nothing” scares me. I would understand if he said come back tomorrow or something but to be fully denied giving me a prescription that I am paying for just because he felt like not selling it just did not sit right with me.Just Imagine being overseas and say to someone “I'm not going to work or help this family today”Do better.

This review is for the pharmacy. Absolute leptons. I hope a district manager can see this and fix this. If a script is not available, you pretend to transfer it to a target CVS, you get there and they get on the phone with the previous CVS, tell them to stop sending customers to them when they don't want to fill the prescription. Then the Target will advise you go to another location that shows they have it. When you arrive they tell you to go the original CVS, because only they can fill it. 3 CVS stores and still no prescription for Lidocaine Viscous. CVS needs to fix this absolutely ridiculous ping ponging of your customers. Total fail. I am taking my business to the competition.

The CVS store (inside Target off of Blanco rd at the Vineyard) is THE best pharmacy that I've been to over the past 20 years. And believe me - I've been to many. Especially in the San Antonio area - I've been to several CVS and Walgreens stores. There are only a handful of pharmacies out of all of those that have any level of acceptable customer service. This CVS store not only has acceptable but Outstanding customer service!I've been going to this CVS store (the one inside Target at the Vineyard) for almost a year and a half now - every single visit of mine has been met with exceptional service. Justin Hrncir and his team (Nicola, Mark, and the rest) run the best pharmacy in San Antone. Period. Their levels of efficiency in quickly tending to you and equally superb - is their effort to save you money on meds that might be expensive! All in all - a great team of pharmacists and pharmacy techs!
