Seriously hate self check out. Waited at open register. No one ever came. Not an employee in sight. I left what I was going to buy & walked out.
Customer service appears to be dead at this location.

Really disappointed, with this store. I live less than 10 mins away from this CVS, and have to go there to pick up meds and things. And the past three times, I’ve been in this week to pick up energy drinks Red Bulls Sugarfree 16 and 20 fl oz. They have been out, I complained about it to cashier today. And she said they had just stocked them. I feel whoever is doing intake and outputs on the inventory on these, are not recording and reporting accurate numbers. Also, isn’t there a policy on how many drinks one person can buy at one time?? This needs to be looked into. I get, I can go to another store and look, but I really don’t feel it is necessary to have to drive 20 mins away to go get them. I like knocking out all my chores, with one swing. I’ll be back, tomorrow to see if things have changed. If not, I’ll be reporting this again. Let’s do better, CVS. Thanks.

Every time I come to this location no one is in the front. Maybe because of the self check out. But you can just walk out of there with your items if you so choose who’s gonna stop you, a worker?! Nah. Lady was annoyed she had to check me out cause self check was being used. Took her sweet time as if on purpose.

With their new IVR system, you never get to talk to a human being. This is true for all of CVS. I switched to Walmart.

Esther is a ROCK STAR! I forgot my son dropped off my insurance when I was picking up his much needed medication. Esther asked if it was okay for her to look for prescription discounts and we were extremely impressed. We thought it might be $5 but Esther was able to get almost 50% off !!! That is a WOW moment! Cheers to Esther for helping us not break the bank to afford medication. ♥️

I went into pharmacy after a trip to ER and needed to pick up my prescriptions. Rhett came up and noticed a discrepancy in my cost and name in the system, and he took the time to verify everything on file was correct. Because of his attention to detail, patience with me, and just overall compassion— I left having saved over $30. Customer service roles are incredibly difficult, especially in Pharmacy. Rhett is the reason my family and I will continue with CVS pharmacy.
