First time at location picking up prescription and the rep never returned my drivers license which I recently obtained last month when I moved to this area. She insists she did place it in the clipboard but I was sitting in my car holding my wallet open awaiting it he be securely handed back to me so I could place my ID back in. She stated she could not find it and barely made an effort to look or even apologize for her lack of awareness.
The other worker, a young man, was much more concerned and made a better effort coming out to help look in my car in case it fell from the clipboard (which had no card in it) and being there is nothing else in my car with all black seating- a while card would stand out. We looked in between seats and really everywhere and it was verified not in my car or wallet or purse. So the last time I saw it was when I handed to the girl working behind the counter. This is a huge error on her part and she should not be working there if she’s not responsible enough to HAND something of such importance like a drivers license back to someone and instead misplace it. All this to say be careful if you go here and I will drive the extra distance to the next closest cvs next time.

Impossible to actually speak to a pharmacist. It’s very frustrating.

I believed my 11 YO daughter when she explained how rude the staff was at this CVS. After school lets out, there are children who walk home from the nearby middle school. These children look for the nearest convenience store to grab a snack or a drink. This CVS is perfect for those after school "munchies and drinks". I have given my daughter cash when I know she will need to walk home so she can pop in and grab a drink or snack or both. Occasionally, she may look around the make-up area. It seems CVS employees have a problem with kiddos going in for anything at all. They (children) are immediately hounded and told (not courteously asked), they are told, to LEAVE! Why do these employees treat the neighborhood children this way? I witnessed this treatment myself. I took my daughter and 4 of her friends (who all had more than $20 a piece). All they want to do is to purchase snacks and maybe a lip gloss. Why then do they get treated so horribly and get told to leave. My daughter came to get me from the vitamin aisle. And I did confront the worker that was so extremely rude to the group of young ladies that I was overseeing that evening. The staffer did not like the way I handled matters and I explained to her to treat others the way you would want to be treated. It's that simple! I hope the manager, assistant manager, general manager and anyone else who is a part of leadership reads this comment. Maybe they can educate the staffers on how to provide a more enhanced customer experience. Giggling, laughter, and walking in with more than 2 friends should not be a reason for the staffers to treat my daughter or any of the children in the area with disrespect and rudeness. I felt inclined to submit this comment so that other parents will know how the staff treat our children and so management can train their staff to treat all their customers, not just the ADULTS, but every customer a little more nicely.

Nick the manager on duty tonight helped make a very stressful graduation prep a little less stressful with his kindness. Thank you Nick for your advice and amazing customer service.

Horrible place. Pharmacy does not care about their customers, called them 2 days ago to check status on my prescription, girl put me on hold for 33mins, when I finally arrived there, I drove past the drive thru window & seen her hang up on my call. When I walked in to get my meds, no one was busy & didn’t even look my way when I was at the pick up counter. Stood there for about 5 mins then I finally told the girl to help me. Highly do not recommend this pharmacy. They do not care.

I called the night before for a med my husband really needs, they said the couldn’t fill it till tomorrow, cool! Called at 10 when they opened to have it filled, went in at 12 and they said, sorry it’s not ready and we don’t know when it will. Ok but this is an important med, he’s out and we need it now!!!!! No care in the world and said, o you’ll get a text when it’s ready! Seriously ? changing pharmacies after that

Horrible pharmacy. They literally don’t care about their customers. I’ve been with multiple CVS’ over the years and this is hands down. the worst. Rude staff One nice Tech in whole bunch and horrible pharmacist. What kind of chain pharmacy takes a siesta. Ridiculous too. I go to pick up based on times they tell me and they don’t have ready. I asked for a refill Friday and they said later that day or Saturday latest, I went Sunday after lunch and she said we’ve been busy and I wasn’t here, come back later. Yeah, I have nothing better to do!! Hate this pharmacy!! Hate it!

They gave me completely different medication without checking the prescription properly. Irresponsible and unmanaged staff and directors.

We are new to the area and stopped in for a few essentials. The store is laid out well with clear signage. But the reason I am writing is Juliana. This lovely young lady greeted us, kindly helped us with signing up for rewards and explained the benefits. She saw we were buying a local HS t-shirt and asked about my daughter’s grade and how she liked school. She was absolutely delightful. It is customer service like hers that makes me want to return and shop at this CVS.

I am currently on hold with CVS and I had a feeling in would be. If you can get your medication from a different pharmacy, you should. Just spoke with the pharmacist, horrendous customer service. I brought in a prescription, from my father in law. Every time they question it but always fill. This time they did not. I went across the street to HEB and if was filled in 15 minutes. Just now…CVS picked up and I said I was the gentleman you spoke to an hour again…her response. Ahh huh….CVS will never get another dollar out of me and I will tell everyone where I work to go to HEB for their medications. The funny thing, HEB staff said they hate their job and the environment is bad.

Went with my friends after getting ice cream next door to get drinks, we weren’t being loud or doing anything wrong. Female employee came up to us yelling about how we need to get out because we’re just hanging out. We had been in there for maybe five minutes before getting kicked out for “hanging out” as we were deciding what to buy. Don’t recommend this CVS if you even take 5 minutes to decide what you’re gonna buy.

My husband and I were asked if we needed help while shopping and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed as if they were happy to be there and were ready to help however needed.
