this store is very ridiculous. I don’t understand how they don’t have one cashier open. And do it yourself cash register only allowed you to do limited things

Ordered same day photos that were estimated to be done at roughly noon, call around 3 and they claim the image is still downloading with no ETA. Fast forward a day later and still haven’t heard from them, literally went ghost. Just frame the picture on your wall next to your 1 star rating at this point.

Ordered photos from before Christmas, called a couple days later they said their system is backed up and will let us know when they are ready. 3 weeks later get a email saying photos are ready for pick up with a confirmation number and everything. Get there they could not find photos at all and said their system is backed up and I said I understand but I ordered these 3 weeks ago and she says “okay well our systems been down for 4 weeks” okay BUT I have a confirmation email saying it was ready and she says “yeah our system does that sometimes”. Excuse me what? That doesn’t even make sense and she goes on to saying she cannot find my photos at all and says “just print them out here”. How does the inside kiosk work but your system is so backed up and if that’s the case why are you even still accepting orders for photos?

I had to visit the pharmacy several times over the past couple weeks. Each time the Rx Techs were super professional and friendly! I’m transferring here from a CVS that closed and was scared because of the negative reviews but still tried them out for convenience of location and drive through. 4 interactions so far and I’m here to say they’re doing a great job! Very professional, greeted with a smile each time, showed they cared, and even went it of their way to make connections!

Worst pharmacy service EVER, and that's saying something. My son gets to suffer without medication because his prescription is being held hostage by a cvs computer system and cvs didn't fill it but no other pharmacy can either since cvs has possession of it. And no one is willing to do anything to help!
