I had a very terrible experience at this cvs. My daughter was prescribed an antibiotic. I picked it up and drove home. When I got home the antibiotic was not mixed. I was given the antibiotic in powdered form how it comes in the bottle. When I returned I wanted to explained the situation to the person in charge. When the pharmacy worker told the pharmacist on duty, she mixed the medication, placed in the bag and threw the bag towards me on the counter completely dismissing the fact I wanted to speak to her. She proceeded to help another customer and I waited . As I tried to explain the situation, she was very rude and condescending. I asked for person and number in charge. She asked why and I explain she was rude not did I get an apology for the mistake she had made. We proceeded to exchange words and told me that I can go somewhere else. I explained that I can’t go to another pharmacy due to my insurance. She replied with, “go to another cvs.” She gave me a number and a name which was written on a piece of paper and said, “Good luck with that” In my experience pharmacist are suppose to check the medication before it’s handed out and offered a consultation. I received neither nor an apology for her mistake. I was told she was the manager at this location and surely I am not the only one she acted like this. If this is how you are gonna treat customers. I’d rather pay out of pocket than go to pharmacy with a Manager pharmacist who is unable to apologize for a mistake.

Pharmacy won't answer the phone, the drive thru is an hour wait. They put insurance information in the computer wrong and tell me I have to pay full price or go on inside and wait another hour. They have put in prescriptions wrong to where I had to go without medication for an entire month. I wouldn't recommend this CVS to my worst enemy

Terrible pharmacy service!!! I get a call saying your medication is ready I call to see about pricing and I wa on hold for 20 min just for them to pick up say really quickly our systems are down call us back tomorrow and hung up. They don’t even let you speak. All these pharmacy’s need work on customer service. I work in healthcare , and even when our systems go down we answer the phone. They need a protocol in place . I have 3 staff members at an urgent care clinic and we all have to answer on other 3rd ring even if it’s a simple can you please hold. Then the longest we have them holding is 4 min. Even at that we pick and say I apologize I’ll be right with you not just hang up on them! do better!

Was trying from open to close to find out the status of my prescription only to get the runaround from both phone AND app menus. And when i finally DID get a hold of a live person (roughly 10 minutes before closing) the rude person at CVS answered with, "Closed, call back tomorrow" and promptly hung up on me when all I wanted was to ask if my prescription was ready. There was still time on the clock and if they had answered the phone sooner they could've helped me. Instead, I'm canceling my prescription because Walmart answered the phone in 5 minutes compared to 45.

I was waiting in the drive thru for about 15 minutes trying to pick up my prescription and without any notice they closed down. I guess I am suppose to know how long they're going to take. According to them their system doesn't allow any transactions after 8pm. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy.

I walked into this CVS and it was a beautiful sight! All the employees were dressed up, respectful, kind and putting out stock. I believe it was a beautiful respect to Christmas week! The store looked beautiful! It was neat, clean and you could find everything easily. Not sure why they received low scores before but today is a new day! I will come back!

Looks like there have been changes in management and the store looks great! Gone here a few times in the past and had a bad experience. But this time the workers were so much nicer and helpful!

I only complain when things aren’t right and this CVS doesn’t care about their job. You can tell the employees hate their job. Worst customer serviceEver, And the pharmacist obviously doesn’t care to have low ratings. Probably why they close the one on Potranco. My advice is do not go to CVS on Marbach. Worst service ever.Please contact corporate office and report them. I am. This is going on too long. Time to stop. Hire new personnel.

I am very disappointed in the management of this location. Posted Thanksgiving hours were 10am-2pm. I arrived to pick up a prescription at 1:30pm to learn that the pharmacy was taking their lunch from 1:30- 2pm, thus closing at 1:30pm.

This is the worst CVS Pharmacy. I now with store closers they would be very busyBut every time I do inside they have at lest 7 to 8 workersI have check online and at the store asking why I am not receiving text notifications on my son's medication and it's not being put in the computerThey hang up the phone when you call. I walked into the store at 7:57 and was told that they are closed that because they didn't even look at me until 8:00. CVS use to be the only Pharmacy I would use. Bur I will be looking for a new Pharmacy ASAP.

We showed up over 15 minutes before closing and they tried to not let us in the doors and wouldn't let anyone in after us. We knew what we wanted and just went for that one thing. They also hid in the back almost the entire time we were in the store and we had to open the door to let ourselves out of the locked front door with 10 more minutes left until closing with them no where to be seen.

My aunt went to the CVS pharmacy to get a flu shot. The pharmacist suggested she also get two additional shots in the same arm on the same day.My aunt took her advice, but that was a mistake.My aunt ended up developing a severe reaction in her arm. She had to go to the doctor and they had to prescribe steroids to treat her inflammation.The service at this particular pharmacy has been very disappointing. We have decided to take our prescriptions and services elsewhere.

They are the absolute worst! Any other pharmacy would be better than this one. They never answer the phone, they have no idea what customer service is and they mess up my prescriptions every. single. month. How is it possible to never get anything right? If my insurance didn’t make me come here I would have switched pharmacies years ago.
