Every time I visit the store inside it is always clean and well merchandised. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Today I went to the drive-through and had quick and friendly service. I smile from an employee goes a long way.

I went to the CVS today at Wilderness Oak 78258 to get my prescription. The doctor originally told me that for my 2 new asthma medicines, sometimes the insurance will not pay it or will have a high co-pay. But luckily today Miss Monae helped me check out, it did show almost $150 for both medicines with my insurance. And Miss Monae could see my face in shock so she told me why not go to Medicen companies website to check, they may have coupons to save money. I never knew that so she spent time with me and made sure I knew how to do it. Then I got both coupons and ended up I not paying anything. I really appreciate her, when I go to CVS to get my medicine every time and Miss Monae always gives a happy demeanor to all the customers including me. I am glad I choose CVS as my pharmacy plus meet Miss Monae. I think the CVS is lucky to have Miss Monae work there and the helping all CVS customers, and keep the business growing. Thank you Miss Monae!!

On my way home from the doctor (and feeling quite crappy), I stopped by CVS to grab my prescriptions.
On the dreary day, I was warmly greeted upon entering the store and headed to the pharmacy. I came straight from the doctor so I knew there would be a wait but Kevin greeted me at the counter and started on filling my meds immediately. He was quick, efficient and kind. This is the type of service that makes people (and me) want to continue using CVS for all my health needs.
Thanks for being a bright spot in and otherwise yucky-feeling day.

The pharmacist and their staff do not communicate what is in stock; and when you call, the ownership of follow up and trying to get your medicine lies solely with the patient. There is no responsibility from the pharmacy, they expect you to chase them down and find out how to get your medication.

Imagine the following scenario: getting a surgery, doctor sends the prescription electronically on 09-07-23, pharmacy acknowledges…..we go and pick up and there is one prescription that they didn’t fill it, because it’s a narcotic and they don’t have it in stock, it will take 2 business days, so in reality 4 because weekends do not count.No phone call, no text … I’m still in pain, I finally call the pharmacy, only to be told that it didn’t come in, to be patient…today 09-13 , no communication, no follow up … I call and only to be told that my doctor failed for prescribing a medication that they don’t have, zero empathy… they could’ve called the doctor and said, hey we don’t have it, let’s get something else .. absolutely zero common sense and lack of customer wellbeing shown in this location..People that get surgeries depend on you, to do your job in a timely manner, in a way that you help people to control the pain… that’s your job.

I wanted to give a huge thank you to Caitlyn and Karly. They are incredible, I am a type 1 diabetic and I was getting my insulin. It would have been incredibly expensive but they helped me find pharmacy coupons and I got the price reduced by literally hundreds. They also helped answer questions and it amazed me how patient and kind the staff is here. They made my month seriously! Without a doubt the best pharmacy I have been to.

I have had pleasant experiences with pharmacy staff since I started going here about a year ago. My very first visit they even shared another option to save more money by directing me to go online for a specific medication.
