The pharmacist and their staff do not communicate what is in stock; and when you call, the ownership of follow up and trying to get your medicine lies solely with the patient. There is no responsibility from the pharmacy, they expect you to chase them down and find out how to get your medication.

Imagine the following scenario: getting a surgery, doctor sends the prescription electronically on 09-07-23, pharmacy acknowledges…..we go and pick up and there is one prescription that they didn’t fill it, because it’s a narcotic and they don’t have it in stock, it will take 2 business days, so in reality 4 because weekends do not count.No phone call, no text … I’m still in pain, I finally call the pharmacy, only to be told that it didn’t come in, to be patient…today 09-13 , no communication, no follow up … I call and only to be told that my doctor failed for prescribing a medication that they don’t have, zero empathy… they could’ve called the doctor and said, hey we don’t have it, let’s get something else .. absolutely zero common sense and lack of customer wellbeing shown in this location..People that get surgeries depend on you, to do your job in a timely manner, in a way that you help people to control the pain… that’s your job.

I wanted to give a huge thank you to Caitlyn and Karly. They are incredible, I am a type 1 diabetic and I was getting my insulin. It would have been incredibly expensive but they helped me find pharmacy coupons and I got the price reduced by literally hundreds. They also helped answer questions and it amazed me how patient and kind the staff is here. They made my month seriously! Without a doubt the best pharmacy I have been to.

I have had pleasant experiences with pharmacy staff since I started going here about a year ago. My very first visit they even shared another option to save more money by directing me to go online for a specific medication.
