My wife has had several prescriptions from various doctors sent and CVS has "no record of it". We'll never go back, they're putting my wife's health at further risk. Use local pharmacies or HEB.

No customer service at all unless it's the Pharmacist. She was super friendly, nice and put me at ease. I may not go back here again bc of first person I encountered that brought me my medicines. Is it bc I'm a young woman? Would she treat my mom or old grandma like this? This doesn't settle well with me at all which is why I'm writing this. The lady that (I can't even say helped) serviced me today was so rude and honestly should not be working where she speaks with people. You guys can hire people that want to work and help people with their prescriptions. Ask them if they have any questions. Nope not her. She didn't ask if I had any questions for the pharmacist about my medications, she didn't thank me, she just shoved the prescriptions in the tray pushed it out to me and walked away! I sat there thinking she was coming back to ask me if I had any questions, if she was going to thank me...nope nothing. People like this don't deserve to get paid for helping people. I am so disappointed that I will find a pharmacy that cares for people going through health scares and need some compassion and ease when picking up prescribed medication. I also told her I didn't need any of the "skin" medication i was only there for the one needed for this procedure I told her about. She didn't say ok I can take care of that she rudely put the phone down took one off but still charged and gave me a related skin prescription that I told her I didn't need. She could have said ok so it will only b this medication and it would have saved me the $30 something dollars today but nope she gave me the total when she did come back and I told her to charge the card on file and that's when she shoved them to me and walked away. Who wants to come here?! So rude! Pharmacist is great though so it's sad.

I don't know why this place is rated so low. We've been going to this pharmacy for 7 yrs. There was a brief time where they left people (including myself) on hold for insane amounts of time. But within the last year, they've been better. The pharmacy staff isn't super friendly, but they've always been helpful in my experience. When I go through the drive through, they are quick, but if i go inside, they will talk to me if i start a conversation. Is it my favorite pharmacy- no. Do they get the job done quickly and get us our medication without causing us issues- yes. Are they convenient with decent hours and easy to get in and out of- overall yes. Because of that, I'll keep going.

God awful service. Don't expect to get seen at your appointment time, because it took 30 minutes to get seen.

If I could could give negative stars I would. Some employees including managers don't know how to work the register. Seriously! Try. It to check out with the "manager" Lisa. She's the rudest person I've known at this store. If you tell her one of your online coupons didn't come off she will throw a fit and act so so rude. She's even issued out extra care bucks that didn't attach to my account and that was a loss of $10 because she doesn't know how to run the register. Then I call and nothing is done about it. The worst store ever but unfortunately it is the closest one to my job. I'll be certain to drive where I need to shop. Unless Lisa is not there I'll be glad to shop.

Should of read the reviews before I came here. Came in town to see my dr and get a refill. Apparently they can't fill a very common prescription for a week?! Changing pharmacies next dr visit. So now I get to wait a week instead of being in town a day.

Apparently some personnel changes have been made in the pharmacy and it is a much better experience now. The store itself is always clean and very organized and it is a pleasure to shop here. The management staff is exceptional.

Several years ago when two pharmacists worked at the same time it was great! Big turnover in staff lately. Customers are waiting longer to get their prescriptions filled. I waited two hours last week to get a prescription filled for my sick child who was with me. This customer service very much needs improvement. CVS can not afford to continue on this course. It will be detrimental to its establishment. My neighbors are already bad mouthing the services this Stone Oak location. Seriously thinking about changing my business to the competition. The attitude of the staff is very somber. Improvements needed quickly!

Hands down the WORST experience I have ever had at a pharmacy-heck almost any service establishment. The "team" there is exceptional at eye contact avoidance and moves at a snail pace. Perhaps they are unaware of the vital service they provide in their community - and the necessary medicine it's members need. Due to numerous issues - we finally had out doctors office call to verify the prescription would be available -not once...but twice. Show up several hours later to find the the prescription was "on-hold". The nurse spoke with the Pharmacist (who could have cared less and was visibly short with the techs). Waited in the drive thru, waited inside. Finally (after 45 minutes) I got my son's medicine. What a sad representation of any organization. If Management reads these - please revisit basic customer service and empathy training with the "team".

The prior review that notes 2.5 stars is far too many is absolutely correct. Maybe this location used to be good, but now it's the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I just moved to the area and this was the closest CVS so this is the one I selected. The first prescription I filled I didn't need right away, so I went to pick it up four days after it was sent over. They had STILL not filled it! They said they'd "expedite it" and I could wait, but based on the FOUR phone calls holding (as announced, repeatedly, overhead) and the four people waiting around for their prescriptions to be filled for pick up, I just left to come back later. I saw it was finally filled online about an hour later. Fast forward a few days and I had another prescription to pick up. It was sent over electronically and I went to pick it up four hours later. It ALSO had not been filled. They said I could wait about 15 minutes to pick it up, but again based on the other person waiting and the phone call holding (and being announced overhead) had major doubts it would only be 15 minutes. I told them I'd come back in a few hours to pick it up. SURPRISE - a few hours later I showed up and they still hadn't filled it, so I waited ten minutes while they filled it. What a waste of time. Now this morning a prescription was sent over and 4+ hours later, it's still "In Process". THEY NEVER FILL PRESCRIPTIONS UNTIL YOU GO TO PICK THEM UP. Based on the conversations I overhear in front of me and after me, this is the case for basically everyone. Such a waste of time. The staff don't seem to care, but they're probably overwhelmed and tired of angry customers. Not sure if this is bad management at the store level or higher, but with so many pharmacy options I don't know how they can keep offering such consistently awful service. Definitely notifying all my medical providers to fill at a different location.

This has been my pharmacy for the past 10 years. I have lived in this area of town and this is my closest most convievent location. With that being said let me tell you I have now 2 times this past month waited in the drive through for 45 minutes plus! The first time I had two crying children in need of medicine only to be told that the medicine was not ready. It was sent at 10am and I was there to pick up at 5pm. I was super upset about that. Now 2nd time and my wait exceeded 1 hour, in fact I am still in the line writing this review waiting. I do not know what has happened for this to now be the norm but it is horrible. By the way this isn't the first issue , my doctor had an issue calling in a prescription and waited 30 minutes and still didn't get a hold of anyone. Please cvs fix your problems, this is not okay !!!!!!!! Update* when I got to the front my prescription was not ready so I waited another 30 minutes for that. I'm done !
