Your experience completely depends on who you get. The indian gentleman is extremely competent and helpful. The heavyset hispanic woman somehow always manages to avoid giving me my medicine. Most recently she told me I could walk around a few minutes while they fill my prescription, so I waited ten minutes, then returned to find the pharmacy closed. I understand people have to eat lunch, but just tell me youre not going to be there so I dont waste my time waiting around the Target. It's basic courtesy.

My prescriptions are filled quickly and staff is always friendly and helpful. The text communications to let me know when prescriptions are received by the pharmacy and when the prescriptions are ready are super convenient.

I find the the best CVS pharmacies are those located inside Target stores. I have used the SE Military Drive location for years. This staff is very helpful and knowledgeable when I have questions.

I had scheduled my daughter a vaccine at this location out of pure convenience because I needed it within two weeks for school and her drs wait was a little too long.So I show up 30 minutes early for my appointment and am greeted by a rude lady behind the counter who mumbled something to who I’m assuming is the pharmacist who comes over and tells me the vaccine they had in stock was expired and he tried calling to let me know.Ok I just went through a weeks worth of voicemails and not a single one is from CVS. Not one missed call is from CVS. This is a huge customer service red flag. When you become a pharmacist/pharmacy tech you also enter the world of customer service whether you like it or not and clearly staff needs to set up some retraining. We live in a time where everyone is held accountable for their actions and CVS employees aren’t any different. Get your CSR’s together.
