BS THEY CUT OUT CASHIERS & HAVE LOUD STUPID MACHINES IN STORE TO CHECK OUT & NOW THEY CUT OFF THE OPTION TO SPEAK WITH AN ACTUAL PERSON FOR THE PHARMACY! ID RATHER PAY MORE AT HEB PHARMACY FOR MY PRESCRIPTION TO SPEAK WITH AN ACTUAL PERSON THAN WASTE MY TIME HERE. THEY ARE A CHEAP MONEY HUNGRY BUSINESS WHO WOULD RATHER SAVE MONEY & USE COMPUTERS. NO THANKS ILL GO ELSEWHERE

The store is clean & has many options to choose from in terms of basic over the counter medical supplies. My only issue was when I went to the pharmacy to speak to one of their specialists for a recommendation on what medication is best to fight what we thought was the flu..it turned out to be COVID & much of what we were told to buy by the pharmacy didn’t do much to help. I can’t truly blame the pharmacy however as it’s not their fault, as they didn’t know my actual issue but I felt I needed to throw that out there for anyone in a similar situation.

The store is fine but the pharmacy is the worst ! They called me 3 different times to tell me I had a prescription ready went all 3 times just for them to tell me we don’t have nothing sorry . Till I went inside and told them Yall been calling me check with my name address phone number anything . Finally got it . Got my glucose kit just to get home and see there’s no test strips . How is a Pharmacist is going to sell a glucose kit. With out Mentioning it doesn’t come with test strips or would you like to purchase any test strips since it doesn’t it doesn’t come included !

The parking lot was filthy. It was 8:09..the cashier didn't seem to care he had no cash drawer. The mgr was not in no big hurry either

I really love this CVS for all my holiday needs and snacks. There are always great sales and coupons. The store is very clean and the employees are really nice. I'm always helped when I need it.

The pharmacy team is garbage. The only one who knows how to speak to customers is the pharmacist. They talk to you as of they're better than you and place blame on you when it's their fault they messed up the prescription. You're a tech not a pharmacist. Humble yourself.

This location has expired products please make sure you check your exoneration dates! I just bought two drinks from their cooler and they both expired Oct 17 of 2023! A year old!! I didn’t realize it until I was already about 39 mins away and took a drink and it tasted awful. If u wasn’t already so far away I would have returned them. Check your dates this store obviously doesn’t keep up with their product

If I could give this Pharmacy no stars I would. I have to use this pharmacy because of my insurance it is the worst pharmacy ever. I have asked them repeatedly for nonsecure caps. I get safety caps all the time my hands can not open them. I’ve complained they’re like oh well I can give you extra non-safety caps well, why can’t you just read the directions and you wouldn’t have to do that? I’ve asked them not to give me a certain pharmacy brand of medicine because it is not good! I don’t like the brand but they continue to do it anyway and then by time I realize it because I have it mailed to me or something they’re like we can’t take them back. It already left the store. It is unfair the way Pharmacy treat customers. And then to make everything even worse I was in the hospital I paid for medicines to be delivered. They were not shipped out on the Monday that I was released from the hospital. When I arrived at the pharmacy to pick up the medicines sent to the pharmacy from the hospital. I did not even know anything about the Medicine still being there that The lady took it upon herself to go and get them out of the box, unwrap them from being shipped and put them to charge me again and open the window to charge me 70 something dollars instead of the $21 I should have been paying and then I knew exactly why I told her why would you unwrap Medicine that was supposed to be shipped There to be shipped that means it’s paid for already. She was super rude to me, and then had some tall gentleman come to the window and start talking stuff and Telling me that it’s a different system and that I needed to pay for the medication again I am not paying for Medicine already paid for and nobody told her to unwrap them from shipping. I was there to pick up the medicines that were called in that day from the hospital. If you work, there and Medicine is already wrapped to be mailed or shipped It’s already paid for if you order online, nothing gets shipped to you unless it’s paid for common sense! Then the line was getting long behind me because we were in drive-through and the gentleman told me I had to get off and come inside to be taking care of! I Just had major surgery on my back I went through the drive-through because I could not get off the car. They’re the ones that made the decision to unwrap paid for medicine I only said I was there to pick up Medicine from the hospital. This Pharmacy really needs better people working for them and a better pharmacist in charge. He does not have good leadership with the employees …..it is bad management all the way around!

Horrible customer service at pharmacy. Was on hold 20 min, then another 14 min to get nothing resolved. They were out of the medication prescribed. But did they inform me, nope I had to call and find out myself.
So I'm editing this from the above paragraph. I see why I was on hold do long, not staffed enough. I know it's not their fault. So, CVS, hire more employees to help in Pharmacy.
