if i could i would put no stars.....trying to help our patients with the prescription refills and cost, the pharmacy is rude and does not help and hangs up. Hard for a prescriber to take care of our patients with lack of help from the pharmacy staff

Bertha, the office manager, was so helpful with my husband's medications. When i went to pick them up, she warned me that taking fenofibrate and rosuvastatin at the same time could cause muscle pain. That was so shocking because after hearing her, I immediately pin point to his severe muscle pain. He had just started and we didn't think it could be adding the fenofibrate could cause such a problem. We were really grateful for her initiative. Love coming here now. :)

I get my meds @ Target CVS. It's convenient. Sometimes there is only one person running the pharmacy. In my opinion they should have more people working. I was getting my RSV. & only one worker ..It was hectic for her ,I'm sure ..Another person waiting for a vaccine. Not COOL ..

This was a good experience, I went there for my immunizations. I was not able to get them bc appt was at a different location. Had to reschedule for immunizations.

So not happy about this place I had to cancel 4 sports physicals for my children today when I was told prior it was going to 17 for physicals. The lady called me 30 minutes before the appointment as I'm picking them from school on my way, that the physicals were going to be $75 each without insurance and because we're doing it without insurance I'm not new to this location it's noted I don't have insurance for them I'm being taxed. The school gave my sister a paper were these same physicals are running $10,20, and 15. Super disappointed.

I came here today. Got email that one of my meds was ready. I have to go far (that's gas) to visit my pharmacy. (I would transfer closer,but deal with the misinformation or lost meds. Screw that.) Well, I show up n guess what. NO MEDS N NOT REGULAR PHARMACIST. I GUESS A TEMP.! usually I get my meds even if it got back on the shelves. Just got to wait. BUT NO...HANDS TIED. I GOT NO MEDS N ALMOST OUT. THANKS FOR A WASTED TRIP.

To be clear this rating is in reference to one thing. The pharmacist Rosette Davila. My family and I have been with this CVS for YEARS as it’s the one our insurance prefers. This location is a mess. The list of issues is too long to list. Which is why I was absolutely shocked when I tried to fill a med for my mother and when I had issues filling it this Saint of a person actually called me to let me know. She communicated the issue, and knowing she was alone I told her no worries it wasn’t an emergency. To my shock again the next morning I get a call to simply let me know it wasn’t filled yet, she didn’t want me driving there and it not be ready. What?! Never in 7 years has anyone cared like that. She resolved the insurance issue and seeing how much it was offered assistance in lowering the price. I expected the high price and wasn’t shocked, I was however shocked at the level of communication and care this person has. Going so far as to make sure I could reach her with some required information since she is alone answering phones, working register, filling scripts, doing vaccinations and more. This store has always been a mess but is blessed to have her working there. I wish everyone cared and did their job as well as her. If they did I wouldn’t have switched pharmacies and wouldn’t dread using them for my families scripts.
