My wife was at this pharmacy just now 19h36H...17May2024...and the lady who is the pharmasist on duty there was rude to my wife to pick up her prescription..my wife called in morning...and told my wife that she had to pay for workmans comp prescription because it wasnt in system. However, there has been a prescription for Baclofen before that and another that was teied to ve processed through workers comp and her case worker called her to inform that thise meds wouldnt be processed, so she had to call pharmacy. So, this information has to be there, for that to happen. In any case she said, wife would have to pay for it. Or bring in information, My wife told her ahe would pay if she had too, because, then she would have to call case worker. WIFE NEVER TOLD HER NOT TO FILL, wife has witness, was the person she works for as hus provider. When wife went to pick up. Pharmacist refused to fill it even though wife could wait, since we live out of city. She told wife to call Saturday morning. When wife asked what time op en? Pharmacist told her at 9am but to call at 10. When wife asked why? She told my wife because, She had MORE IMPORTANT, prescriptions to fill, telling my wife in front of a lot of other customers. My wife became very upset, because she felt Pharmacist was being petty and condecending. My wife suffers from nerve damage and Ocipital Nuerogia of the brain. Wh is she to say that my wife's prscription is NOT IMPORTANT. WHAT KIND OF PHARMACIST DO YOU HAVE THAT JUDGES , YOUR CUSTOMER, MY WIFE. I would like to speak to someone higher then her...If nothing is done or at least said, to her about her behavior, then maybe i should, make it even more public than this. Only another tech tried to help, but Pharmacist refused and could tell tech was embarrest as well as My Wife

This place was so helpful to get me a rare medicine I need that's been hard to find they found a store that had 6 months supply I'm so grateful. Every time I go they are helpful.

I have always had good experience at this store. At the window/drivethrough, inside pharmacy counter, and at the the main checkout. Every employee i have interacted with has been nice and helpful. I had to go in for covid testing and couldnt find an opening that day at this location so I scheduled with a different location over on culebra and grissom. The experience was very bad there. Timing was important and it was a greater distance. They had poor customer service, offered no help whatsoever, the problem was on their end (IT) but the girl at the window "helping" me acted as if i wasn't giving her correct information....(info sent to me by cvs by email and text)...i again had to reschedule but for the next day, this time i was able to go to the poteet/jourdanton hwy location and had no trouble. Grissom/Culebra- NEVER again.Poteet/Jourdanton Frwy location ALWAYS!

Why is the printer always down at this location?? Oh, the coupon abusers print way too many coupons!! We have been to this location & it seems that the coupon machine is always out! We met the manager in the past & she was awesome & very attentive to her customers. But, this coupon thing is out off hand by cutting the rel customers out! My wife called the customer service hotline & was told that CVS would not limit their opportunities by excluding customers, boo. Hello, Walmart!

Went to get a money order and was told CVS doesn't sell money orders yet if you look anywhere on line, CVS is listed as one of many places where you can purchase a money order. It even shows it costs $1.99 for a money order. Bunch of liars

Don't use the CVS on military drive. They are rude and ordered my prescription only to show up and they gave it to another customer. This store listed above is where we go now and they have great service.

Thank you SO much to the pharmacy staff. Their customer service is amazing. Even as the the store got busier and busier, they handled every customer with friendliness and thanked them for their patience. I was turned away from another cvs for it being too busy, but even though this one also was they had the best customer service. Thank you to Josh and Sarina!
