Im pissed at this service from Pharmacy that I am calling corporate tomorrow.I was in line for my medication at 7:50PM. You took 12 minutes with the car in front of me. At 8:02 PM and I pulled up for my turn and the lady working put the gate down when you saw me at the window.even the pharmacist and another worker passed by me acknowledging me. You could have been decent and say something. There was 3 cars behind me too who you there before 8 closing time!! Service your customers that’s your job! Mind you I’m 36 weeks pregnant!! I got out of bed rest to get my medication and for you to be treated that way! I’ve been a member of cvs for years!!!! Never have this happened to me!!! I assume y’all have cameras. So I hope they catch y’all just talking and ignoring your customers who were there patiently waiting for you guys BEFORE y’all close!!Y’all in the wrong field if that’s how you treat people!

I have been using CVS Pharmacy for about 4 years after moving to Texas from Oregon. I primarily use the drive-thru which is very convenient and quick for me. I like CVS because they are so knowledgeable, professional and helpful and are always looking for ways to help me find the most cost effective way of purchasing my medications. They are always very quick and efficient and I have never had a problem in obtaining my medication, paying for my medication, or finding out information that I need regarding a new medication. CVS constantly strives for ways to improve their service, and will listen to customer suggestions in helping them find ways they can streamline or improve their process so they can continue to provide excellent Customer Service. I can use a CVS Pharmacy in a different state, and I really like the fact that they are all familiar with my medications and my health I don’t have to ever worry about running out of my meds when I’m traveling. They do offer a variety of other medical services as well, and I really appreciate that because it makes it much more efficient for me to obtain some of the health services that I need, even when away from home.

Store #10750Employee Tyroneisha deserves gold ✨ stars ? ! I was delayed arriving to her pharmacy as my doctor sent meds to another location. Great place. Been getting my glue shot here the last couple of years. I hate shots! But their pharmacist have the greatest “touch” as they say, I barely feel a thing.

I went here and got my first covid 19 vaccine, but it wasn't recorded in the system. I tried going to another cvs that was closer to my house for my second vaccine, and they found no record of my getting the first one. Therefore, I'm screwed and can't get my second vaccine...

Pharmacy is usually very quick filling prescriptions. I usually walk in if there are 2 cars at the drive-thru, if I'm in a hurry...always have friendly service.

Pharmacy is EXTREMELY slow. I'm currently in the drive thru right now and I have been waiting 30 minutes. There were only two cars in front of me and they are still on the second car. I don't understand why it takes so long. Now there is a line of 5 cars behind me because it has taken so long.

Tried to get a covid test. Went thru and gave them all our personal info. Then the web page told us walk in only. Went to get it and the lady (brenda) said no, she would not give us a test or explain how to get an apt. Just told us she would not give us a test. And to make an appt, which we cannot. Won't deal with this store again.
