Even in eviction status I can find something kind to say in recognition of my 9 year tenancy here .I recently had the leaking in my unit and with the professional certified new maintenance leads help right before trrick or treat I called the mainland line. ((Mrr. Eliias and Mr Ivan) maintenance wass on property vert rapidly accessed the problem.. his skill ass no others in past years for this seasonal problem started repairs and finished in no time..Even came by on Saturday to follow up.
This was over and above for maintenance here... Residents surely should appreciate their expertise and promptness...I had the blessing to view some photos of his work..Hiss resurfacing off bathtubs would certainly be appreciated here in this unit... Cypress cove finally has the team of maintenance to put them back on top....Mr. Elias comes with many certifications,, let's hope he stays... Maintenance Mr. Ivan iss also an asset...I. Thoroughly enjoyed practicing my Spanish speaking and him using his English was a pleasure...Kudos,!!!

I really enjoy living here, it's quite and a beautiful little gem. I look forward to coming home to my apartment. Low to NO outside noise from the 410 Loop. The office staff Ms. Francis and Ms. Susan are so welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I am happy here, my family is happy here. Child and Family friendly. Affordable and Clean.💞

I’ve lived at Cypress Cove Apartments in San Antonio for over 11 years, and I’ve seen the place go through its share of challenges—especially in the wake of the COVID-era economy. But I’ve got to give credit where it’s due: Ms. Susanna, Ms. Francis, and Mr. Mark have been doing a fantastic job turning this property around. I don’t think I’ve seen them miss a single day of work in the past few years.
Every time you walk into the office—whether you’re there to pay rent, make a request, or just say hello—you’re met with a friendly smile, professionalism, and a sense of compassion. They bring balance to the atmosphere, and that’s something you can feel.
Now, let’s be real—apartment living comes with its ups and downs. That’s just the nature of sharing a community space. Pipes might break. A toilet upstairs might overflow and leak down. These things happen. But here’s what’s important to remember: the property managers aren’t causing these problems. They’re the ones responding, working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, often without recognition.
Life has its inconveniences. That’s just part of the deal. But how we respond—with patience, understanding, and a little grace—makes all the difference. Because if everything was perfect all the time, life would be pretty boring. Can you dig it? I knew that you could.

Yeah if u want to be charged for regular maintenance which is their responsibility this is the place for u.
No security so apts and cars get stolen or vandalized. Bums live in creek right behind apts. Squatters go in and out.
No place for honest people

If you roaches and rats and a lady screams outside your window, that all she wants is food, which i feel bad . And have 72 or more vacancies because a roach crawled into a little boys ear and got infected, and I don't know what happened after that, but overall, worst apartments ever

Want your apartment and car broken into? Then this is the place for you!This place is garbage and the management sucks since I have been here lost count of how many Property Management either been terminated or just quit they will lie to you don't do anything will not repair anything that is broking. The office staff is horrible. A Lot of attitudes. And they lied about who is the manager there. This one said her name was (Angel) and she first said she was the manager...then I called again and she put her assistant (Gina) on pretending to be the manager. Very rude individuals.

Apartments are fair; Susan, Francis and maintenance do an amazing job, but can only assume they get little to no support from corporate; Units are nowhere near remodeled or new; just fairPros: locationCons: your vehicle WILL get broken into! Please understand! WILL 100%! And it will be on a day that you’re running late or whatever; maybe even stolen!You’re packages will get stolen if left at the door! Again, understand!Homeless walk the property at all times of the day and night! You will get solicited!DO NOT walk alone at night!If it thunderstorms, power will turn off! Longest, 15 hours April 2023 ( Feb 2021 winter storm 5 days)I am hopeful that the owners realize that sometimes you have to cut your losses and go; remodel units 100% and rent as completely remodeled; or sell to an investor;Many apartments are available and you should wonder why so many are available;

!!!Please avoid these Apartments!!!These are old and barely standing. I was told I would be receiving a newly remodeled upstairs Apartment with new appliances, carpet and cabinets; well, fast forward 4 months… still waiting for the Apartment and when asked they told me it would be another 2-3 months. (Imagine waiting 6+ months for an Apartment?).So from the kindness of their hearts, they offered me an Apartment that was just finished… plus an extra $400 deposit on top of the $150 I already had to pay. I basically had to pay $1400 just for the move in.The kitchen cabinets are barely hanging, the AC units are old and freeze up when it gets hotter than 80 outside, we’ve had rat and roach infestation, they randomly turn off our water without any warning, stove has electric issues and only 1 burner works, (currently 2 days without hot water).!!!!Horrible mistake in moving here, please avoid!!!!

So they had me waiting two months for a unit. Never communicated with me throughout the two months. Every time I called they were so disrespectful. When they finally had a unit for me it was NOT make ready. An they still tried to move me in as of April 5th and I believe it was until 207. Quickly noticed that the unit wasn’t ready and very uncomfortably and unstable. Base boards looked like mice been getting through them. Plus water damage to all cabinets. Roaches everywhere both alive and dead. Bathroom Ceiling was molded and leaking. Then they tried to act like it wasn’t a big deal nor did they no where the water was coming from. Supposedly the unit upstairs didn’t have a leak. An I paid $15 dollars for an application $150 deposit and $722 for rent as of April 5th 2022. An on April 8th The manager Monica the property manager offered me my money back due to not been able to fix any of the problems. An not having any other units available. I agreed and returned the keys. I never moved in and returned the keys back to Monica on the same day April 8th 2022. I then found a much better place and moved in then very next day April 9th. Richard whom suppose to be the one handling my refund. But yet haven’t heard from him. An he hasn’t returned any of my calls. I don’t understand why he would be handling my refund when he is supposed to be a property manager at a different property. I’m requesting for corporate to refund my money reach out to me as soon as possible please and thank you.

Terrible operations. Unorganized and rude management. I’m glad my move in got interrupted. If you are looking for a stable home environment, look elsewhere
