Luis the Assistant Mgr. Went above and beyond to help me with my issue on my new ring addition. It was a gift from my husband to accentuate my engagement ring and what I’ve been wanting to add for some time. It is a ring guard. My engagement ring did not fit between and Luis was able to widen it some to make it fit. I was so happy that he was able to do this for he and didn’t cost me anything but a smile. He was so helpful. Happy 38 year anniversary to my husband and myself! ❤️ Thank you Luis!

I give this a 3. The buying process was amazing the people that took care of me their were golden. But the big issue that upset me, was they sent me a coupon that says I get a free gift no purchase necessary, tells me to redeem in stores only. So Im on my way all happy because It was an awesome thing they did. Just for the lady in front to tell me i have to buy something. Which In the coupon it said,”No purchase necessary”. And when I showed her that she still wanted me to buy something. Look, it’s fine if you wanna charge, I understand theirs money to make. but don’t be false advertising saying your giving out free gifts without purchases, then changing what the coupon says when redeemed. It’s very upsetting. Mind you I bought a $2200 ring from this place a week before this coupon was sent to me. Very upsetting. I thought I had a good relationship with daniels. but was defintely proved wrongThanks daniels

Went to daniels,looking for a gift for my wife and Naomi attended me with professionalism and patience, I wasn't too sure what I wanted and she made it easy and perfect to pick the items. I ended up with 2 beautiful items for my wife. I've bought here before and she(Naomi) by far was the best representative I've had. Highly recommend daniels jewelry and Naomi's service to anyone.

First time buyer here! So where do I begin? I highly recommend you read your receipt and read their return policy and ask questions before signing and buying your jewelry at Daniel's Jewelers. The salespeople and manager really misinform you. Here is my experience...1. They NEVER told me my purchase was a "Final Sale". Since it was an item that was not in store but was in stock online, it was considered a "Special Order". Hmm... So I was not able to return within the 10 days, BUT yet they were willing to do an exchange. How is that?

My husband bought me a necklace for our anniversary back in june and it broke 2 days later so i took it in got it fixed then didn't wear untilthis weekend because i was afraid it would break again so i took it out of the box and put it on saturday again to celebrate my birthday this weekend and again 2 days later it broke!!So disappointed in the quality! Have never had a necklace brake 2 days later twice!!❗Edit to add i did contact via email and phone but have yet to receive a response,how is that making it right?‼️

Terrible experience as a 1st time buyer . I went in specifically for a rope 10k chain and they only had one which was a14k darker yellow compared to 10k color i prefer which had me indecisive to take but before making the purchase It was made clear by the sales representative Luis M that if I wasn't satisfied I could always return or trade in etc ... so I purchased the14k rope chain Feb 27th that had to be resized in order for me to purchase by an inch and 1/2 which I got charged for which I also believe it should have been part of the whole purchase but ok , no problem . I always do square business . I picked up chain 3 days ago after thier jeweler resized . Decided I wasn't content with the chain bc of the dark yellow color . So prior to going I looked online to find something else so I wouldn't take the sale away from the sales rep but didn't find anything I liked at the moment so went to store and looked around a bit there and still found nothing I liked . So I asked for a full refund and needless to say all of a sudden the full cash refund wasn't honored as it states on thier receipt bc it was altered . Wow!! By thier own jeweler . Yet they were happy to trade it in which at the end they are still taking the chain back and keeping my 22 hundred . No sense whatsoever. SMH !!! My 10 days hasn't even hit and already they're coming up with all these excuses but the same sales rep Luis M is still trying to " help me " because technically they can't even trade it in bc it got altered . Yet they will can see if they can accommodate me and take back but ONLY as a trade in . Luis M never bothered to mention if they altered the chain it would be un-returnable . The chain hasn't even been worn . I spent over 2 grand on a chain that 8 days later is now a final sale . The manager couldn't even fix the problem much less even tried. Theycouldn't call anyone above themselves because corporate is in Austin. They didn't give me a # to call anyone outside of thier store .Worse business dealings ever , thievery at it finest . The dirtiest jewelry store I've ever made a transaction with . Saddest part is they lost good business .Update: April 12th 2021' No one has ever contacted me from this store about a refund whatsoever . They got my money and could careless about a happy customer. Beware .
