I appreciate the speed at which Davidson processed my application and move in.
However Davidson needs to verify the condition of the property at move out, and prior to move in to verify the prior tennent met the conditions of the contract, versus the new tennent.

Our rental property search experience has been so simple and everyone at Davidson Properties, Inc have been so professional a pleasing to work with during this search. We saw a home we liked and were interested in and a week later we are preparing our move into our new home. The home was immaculately clean and we are loving our new neighbors.
