This is the worse shipping company I’ve ever seen.! They charged me 2 times 🤨. After I paid at the office and the shipped the item they sent me another bill to pay before delivering it to last destination!!! What’s the heck is that??? Find another company don’t deal with DHL never

I ordered a product from Indonesia, it was shipped via DHL. DHL invoiced me and I paid a duty on this parcel. The packaged was never delivered. When I telephoned DHL I was told by their automated system the package was delivered and that I signed for it which is a lie. Their system would not transfer me to a human. I will never use DHL. I will never purchase a product that must be delivered by DHL. To put it bluntly, DHL is a terrible delivery company.

Had to drop off a product with prepaid label through DHL, I came prepared with packing tape and prepared to purchase an extra box and bubble wrap for extra protection as I would for USPS but Brandon, the rep in office, handled everything! I’ve had to purchase packing tape in the past at USPS because they won’t do things like that for customers so I was expecting a similar experience but no, this was a full service one stop shop for handling everything and Brandon was so knowledgeable and helpful. This experience was such a surprise, it was like a breath of fresh air to have customer service like this. Highly recommend!

We just had an amazing experience at DHL off of Wetmore Dr by the San Antonio airport today. We had to ship a large amount of product overseas asap and we’re having trouble finding someone who could ship it without breaking the bank. Jose was so helpful, patient, professional and kind!
What a great experience! We will set up account to do business with them going forward. Great customer service. Thank you for your help.

I recently had an outstanding experience with DHL, especially compared to my past encounters with FedEx and USPS. Unlike FedEx, where customer service can be downright rude and prices seem excessively high, DHL provided a smooth and hassle-free process at a fair price! Additionally, unlike USPS, which doesn’t offer many practical options for oversized boxes, DHL came through with flexible solutions that perfectly met my shipping needs.
A special shoutout to Jose, who truly made my life easier! He was incredibly helpful and ensured I got the best possible rate. It was such a relief to work with someone who genuinely cared about my needs and provided top-notch customer service. To top it off, I even reused a FedEx box (which I had paid for) to ship my product through DHL without any issues – something that speaks volumes about their customer-friendly approach.
Thank you, DHL, and thank you, Jose, for going the extra mile. I’ll definitely choose DHL over FedEx and USPS from now on!

This Place is something else do say your going to deliver at a certain time and not fulfill that obligation, All was good until San Antonio location got a hold of my package then it all went down the tube ugh NEVER AGAIN 😑
