If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered an Invicta watch for my husband and wanted to check some other places for prices. They had the exact watch I ordered, so I asked the prices. Their price was about $50 more than what I paid. The guy helping me was kind and we chit chatted about my Invicta watch that I was wearing that day. The owner overheard our conversation and came up to the man helping me and told him to put the watch up. Odd. But, ok. He then looked at me and said, “goodbye online lady. You can leave”. I went slack jawed. Maybe I misheard him. He snapped at the kid again, “put the watch away now”. I asked him if he was insinuating I was going to take the watch and he just said “goodbye online lady”. The commotion was enough that a neighboring business owner told me he often acts unhinged and flips out over small questions. Unless you enjoy some crazy, psycho path getting in your face when he finds out you’re asking about a price, I would avoid this place. Someone should clue him into the fact that Rolling Oaks is a ghost town and treating people poorly isn’t helping what little traffic spend their hard earned money.

Being that I'm only 17 and could pass for younger, costumer service isn't always the best when I walk into a store... from the first interaction he was very helpful and didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had and gave very good suggestions. He made buying my Sinatra Bulova very easy, I will definitely be coming back!

There is something special about the couple who own this shop. They do more then just run this wonderful store. They are real people. They connect with every person who enters, enjoys their company, their questions, and their time. They remember you and show respect and kindness whether a purchase is made or not. This is the best place to get jewelry!! Very nice couple! Very helpful as well. Don't know what you're looking for they will definitely help you out! They aren't shy of sharing their opinions, they definitely help you out with financial problems and ideas! And best part is free cleaning on your purchase items whenever you want!! The best Seiko retailer in San Antonio! I've been looking for a Seiko Presage SPB167 for a while and came across Diamonds of London during my search for one. Unfortunately, they did not have the watch when I first visited, however, I was able to quickly place an order for the specified model through their amazing customer service. The watch arrived in less than a week and was extremely satisfied with the product and hospitality I was given. I highly recommend Diamonds of London and I will definitely will be coming again!

Diamonds are forever, and London has been around forever. And I guess if you're female and looking for a best friend, then these diamonds could provide that, potentially. This is basically it's just a jewelry store that is located in the mall in San Antonio, and surprisingly isn't as shockingly expensive as you'd think, as Swarovski or something like Kay. It's expensive but you expect that in a Mall. It's not too bad compared to some of the others. We didn't stay long, we were honestly drawn in by the unusual name, but they were friendly.

Walked into the store not intending to purchase anything but after talking to Rachal and looking at a Bulova I left with an awesome new watch. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new watch.
