It was almost closing time and the staff were kind of rushing me. Plus I felt like they just kept watching me as if I was going to take something and I really DON'T Appreciate that since I was planning on spending money there!!

The first and last time I’ll ever shop here.
Cashier was rude when we showed him our 20% off coupon given to players from NATIONAL YOUTH SPORTS. Coupon says “20% off throughout the store” but the cashier said I couldn’t use it because it said youth sports. I said yes that’s the league name. He then continued to argue with me telling me nah it’s for youth stuff like as if I didn’t know the own leagues name that sent it to Me. Mind you (I’m buying youth SPORTS shoes, and shoes for myself because I am coaching) . He was rude and unprofessional as well as the manager. He didn’t even once apologize and mouthed something to another employee when the coupon worked after he scanned it. Never coming here again.

We arrived at 1155 on a Saturday and there was 1 person working. We found a full set of ladies golf clubs we were looking to buy but there was no one in the golf section.
After hunting down a worker we waited 7-10 minutes for the person she paged to arrive, he arrived and when we asked about the set he said “I have to be honest with you I don’t know anything about golf and the golf guy for this area is on lunch. So you can wait here for 10 minutes and then he can help you”.
Probably not.
We were there to spend at least $1500 in 20 minutes and couldn’t give our $$ away.
What a sad joke.

Nice clean store, the sales associates (the ones I encountered) are happy to help. I was greeted upon entry.
The prices are competitive and they carry reputable products.
The sales associate I had in the shoe department was pleasant, patient and knew the products well.
Overall, this was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Very poor customer service. The lady at the register no sign of facial expression of wanting to help with any question. Please remove that face expression of being mad and not helping customers mam.

Acknowledge all of your customers that you're ignoring. You don't know who might need your help. Last night four people ignored me instead of trying to help me and just pick up a purchase. Finally and luckily Rene picked the ball and saved your game.

Worst place ever! Went to buy set of golf clubs today and I waited 15 min for someone to acknowledge me ( blk man) When the manager came he was clueless. He didn't know anything about clubs at all. This place needs to be shut down or managers need better customer service training!
