I had a great experience! I was looking for a 36oz red Yeti Rambler but didn’t see any on the shelves. Victoria, the cashier, got Mariah to help. Mariah rechecked the shelves, but we couldn’t see the top few shelves, so she also checked their storage room with no luck. That’s when she brought out a really large ladder, checked the top shelves, and found one! She went above and beyond to find one for me, and I truly appreciated their excellent service.

Adrian and Dominique were very helpful and they both made sure I had what I needed. I suffer from back pain and Adrian recommended a great shoe and I wore them that evening and I now I have some relief. Dominique made my day and was very kind and they both simplified great customer service thank you.

Please be aware that the staff here is involved in a scam. I tried to use a gift card my brother purchased for me and the store said it was already used. They did not want to give me any details after I told them “I DID NOT MAKE THIS PURCHASE”. I can tell the manager and cashier associate are definitely in on it. The purchases can be traced and the store does not want to provide that information. They will certainly do the same to you. Please avoid this Dicks location as the staff there are in on a fraud, scamming innocent customers, and NOT HELPING.

If I could post 0 stars the service here is horrible wouldn’t allow me to do an exchange cause I used rewards points Kass was trying to make me pay the difference and Alfred needs people skills the worst experience I didn’t get to exchange was not going to pay extra for the same items only difference was the color

I went in to try out a few golf clubs and possibly trade my old clubs in tomorrow. There’s a sign at the demo station that says to contact a rep for assistant for safety reasons, so I did. Someone came by and asked if I needed help. I told him that I was looking to possibly trade my clubs in for new ones but I wanted to try a few clubs first since I narrowed my research down to a few. I even told him I’d probably make my purchase tomorrow. Instead of asking probing questions and trying to point me in the right direction, he asks for my clubs like I was going to trade them in and buy $1k worth of clubs on the fly. I told him coincidentally they’re in my truck but I was looking into making my purchase tomorrow. He gets back on the walkie and tells another associate “Ok yeah I can help yall. He’s just hitting balls.” Dude literally said a total of maybe 3 sentences to me the entire time. I figured out which clubs I want to buy on my own but I’ll be buying them from somewhere else. I’ll even order them on Amazon if I have to.
