Yesterday, while browsing at the Beauty department, my husband and I had an encounter with your associate at Tom Ford, not only she made us feel welcome, she took the time and effort to show different fragrances for me and my husband.
We chose a couple fragrances, this was my first time at Dillard’s and I can guarantee that I will come back, thanks to her. Thank you for going above and beyond!

My shopping experience was elevated due to a worker named Kendall! She was so sweet and she smelled so so good ahhaha. She helped me place an order for a dress that wasn’t in my size mind you it’s prom season so it was pretty hectic.

I have spent a lot of money here and never again! I couldn't return a pair of pants even though I had the receipt! And at that the customer service employee was very rude and thought he was high and mighty! Will never shop at Dillards again!!! Horrible service!

I got extremely overpriced (100% up charge) on 2 colognes, the Sauvage Dior and Versace Eros.
I should have looked them up online before hand , they were literally at half or less then half the price I paid ($332) for both . Smh 🤦♂️
Gonna return asap. After seeing that , I feel like I got finessed . I don’t even feel good no more .

The lady who is in the Kurt Geiger area is always following me, every time I go she follows me and I feel uncomfortable. Not once has she tried to help me, but she’s always behind me so I end up leaving
