Dillards is the absolute best! I've been shopping there for 45 years- when I was 3 with my great grandmom, thru the years with my grandmom, my mom and finally with my own daughters and everyone in between! They have been and will ALWAYS be my family and my most favorite department store!

Awful customer service by several women at this location. Manager closing and locking doors 7:56, 4 minutes before closing time. Bought a prom dress here for my daughter but after the experience with the lady that in that dept, I want to just return it and find something else. No one seem to work in that department, and dressing rooms were horrendous with piles of dresses everywhere. Nothing was organized.

My wife likes to change up those dresses on a regular based, and I’ve walked through all those stores at La Cantera with her over and over again…..but Dillards has come through so many times, great assortment and styles and very good prices!

Yeah, I was shopping around and I got looks up and down by the security guard as I was asking a question about one of the UGGs. The lady proceeded to asked me if I was paying for the shirt under my jacket. I think that’s completely rude and uncalled for made me not want to purchase my items, but I did because I can pay for an afford it. That’s insane already filed a complaint and called the store.

I absolutely love this store! As someone in a corporate role, I visit this store periodically to shop for work clothes, gifts, etc. Never an issue, until recently. The store has a “Park Police Officer” who stands around mens/womens watches . Every time I’ve visited recently, he tends to follow me around the mens dept. He has even made comments to associates about me not buying things… are we not allowed to browse? I understand someone having to do their job, but assumptions get you no where. I’ve spent money there before and I have the money to spend more. I should not have to prove it. This can be seen as discrimination, which no one should have to experience. This will be going up their corporate ladder.

I was very satisfied with the great selection of dresses. I needed a formal gown and was able to find 10 that seemed suitable. Janie was very helpful and sweet. I always have excellent customer service here and will continue shopping here.
