This has to be the worst shop in San Antonio. They truly take advantage of the economically challenged Latin community.I happened to be at another store in the area and saw this store. I went in an bought there most expensive pair of boots.I tried on several pair and accidentally purchased a pair that did not fit.I called the store manager and was told I just needed to cover the price difference if any. The pair I picked happen to cost $100 less. Then the young girl cleared the scree quick. She said it was a mistake and they were the same price. I asked her to type in the SKU number again and it came up hundred dollars cheaper.They said I could not get the price difference refunded and I asked them to call the manager. The manager who would’ve been more than happy to charge me more if the boots cost more refused to give me the credit. So I was left with having to buy other merchandise with my store credit.I’m flying back home tomorrow so I was not able to pursue this matter further.I was very happy to support a local store but now I’ll be more than happy to only Shop at major chains.
