I bought four tires including the warranty for each of them. My front two tires I was told were not good anymore and needed to buy new ones. I was only given a $35 credit for each new tire and having to pay for the warranty for each as well again. The manager David was rude, kept interrupting me when I was talking & insisted it was not Discount Tire’s fault since it was not a tire made by them but I bought my tire from them. That makes no sense. His employee even stated to him “the tires did not last anywhere close to the mileage it should have lasted”. Yet I’m the one that still has to come out of pocket. Absolutely sick what they are doing.

Do not go here if you want your wheels to stay on your car. I had a rotation done and no one used a torque wrench, one of my wheels nearly fell off on the highway. Every single bolt was barely finger tight, the torque specs say 150 ft lbs. Don’t let people be lazy with safety.

I was in town for a conference and when I was preparing to drive home (several hours away), I discovered one of my tires was flat. After a quick Google search for the nearest Discount Tire, I landed here. The techs were considerate, got me in quickly, and because I had purchased new tires from another DT 6 months prior, the patch to repair my tire was free. I was back on the road after about 90 minutes and happy with the service provided.

Great rapid service. The staff was fast and quick to place new tires and sensors on my vehicle. The staff was friendly and was awesome when talking and giving advice on the type of tire I needed.

Thomas, Carson and David helped me earlier today about 8am. My tire pressure light had come on. Thomas pointed out some severe tire damage I was unaware of! Potentially saving my life. Carson and team fixed my car up quickly! David was super helpful with my questions and payment. All and all, great work! The whole experience took less than 30 minutes from diagnosing to installing and getting me safely back on the road!

While traveling to Port Isabel, I saw a low tire alert on my dashboard and was able to immediately exit the highway. Just off the ramp was a gas station. I drove to a flat spot there and discovered metal in one of my tires. I looked up Discount Tire and saw one was just 1/2 a mile away. My tire had air but I could hear it leaking. I couldn't top off the air at the gas station because their air pump didn't work. Instead of changing to my spare, I opted to drive the rest of the way and safely got to Discount with partial inflation. I was prepared to buy a matching tire they had in stock but the guys showed me mine could be repaired which they quickly did.
I don't remember their names but this happened Saturday, December 28th at about 11am. I don't think 45 minutes lapsed from the time I saw the dashboard alert to the time I left Discount Tire at 4118 S. New Braunfels.
It was unlucky to get the tire damage but the dear Lord blessed me with a series of good fortune after that. My travel was barely interrupted. The Discount Tire pit crew got me right back on the road.

I had a wonderful experience just putting air in my tires. Curtis recommended I needed new windshield wipers and I did, kept putting it off. They were also on sale so the price for 2 was amazing. He even offered to go inside pick them up charge my card and put them on I was speechless 🎄🙌❤️ I never had to get off the car so nice!!Curtis should be a Manager he is awesome representation of Discount Tire!!
