Whoever owns this spot needs to do something about the parking lot at night. They are allowing people to party and shoot fireworks and Blair music all hours of the night. I really hope you can fix the situation before the city gets involved.

Horrible experience just coming in for a tire rotation….first they miss a nail in the tire when they have it already off the vehicle…then they failed to deflate tire completely when putting in their bead breaking machine of the rim to patch the nail hole. Damaging the sidewall of my fairly new tire …also damaged my OEM lug nuts they didn’t want to take accountability for that and threw me some cheap tacky ones to get me out the door…don’t know if this is all from a lack of training or rushing from upper management but I’d stay away

I came in so my tiresncouod get fixed and when I left the tire was fine. I woke up the l next day to have my tire completely flat. I couldn't take it back in due to the store being closed Sunday. So I had to come back in and wait once again for over an hour to get the tire fixed. Which I made an appointment for and of course that wasn't honored. I will be sticking to the mom and pop tire shops.

Discount tires has great tires. What I don't understand why they try to sell a new set of tires when you go in for tire rotation. Rodney N G accused me of not ever rotating my tires. We dont live in San Antonio so my husband normally does the rotation. We just happened to be going to S.A. so we thought of getting it done. The tires still have 12,000 miles on them and front were 7/32 and rear 8/32 thread depth across the tire.Rodney lied and said they were 5/32 and 6/32. He also told me a rotation would cause vibration. Lies...my car still drives smooth. Beware!!!

Today I went to discount tire because one of my Rim caps was loose due to screws not being screws on correctly by the tech that are there. It is a little frustrating when you purchase a set of brand new tires with rims for them not to be installed properly. This is not the first time discount tire has messed up something with our vehicles. They do have a lot of amateurs working there as well as the mangers that will tell you to cut them some slack because the techs are young. All I want is for my cap rim to be assembled correctly, even if those screws have to be ordered. I paid too much to have my rims looking like it’s missing something.

As a paying customer I was left with a very poor experience. I waited 2 hours from 3-5pm to install 1 tire for almost $300. I left after two hours having to put the tire in my backseat and find a small tire shop to install. I was told my papers fell behind a desk. Things have changed at this location it used to be great.

There, customer service is usually on point, but the day I visited with an appointment time. I spent 3.5 hours, which was not a great experience.
