It took the associate 18 minutes before I was placed in Arrival status then it was over 90 minutes to get my vehicle in the bay and then only 20 minutes to repair the flat. The best way to save time on other services is to get the App and make an appointment. Also the associate that assisted me smelled really bad. Taking a shower and using some deodorant is necessary in dealing with the Public.

Bad experience from arrival to pick up. Adrian was anything but friendly. My tire had a large screw in the tire and was deflating rapidly. Check in took way too long but they were short staffed (which is the usual it seems) the guy who helped me didnt seem knowledgeable at all. He asked me which tire it was and I was like the obvious fully deflated one. I also had to park on the side of the road so they rode my wheel to the bay. I wish I knew this kids name but he was quiet as a mouse and not very confident in what he was doing.
I asked Michael at checkin if he saw the certs on my wheels and he said no. When my husband called them then the story changed.
No updates whatsoever. Just a text for pick up. Have no idea what they did to my tire. The manager Robert handed me my keys and sent me on my way. No explanation on what they did, no receipt, nothing.
Then they didnt even replace the valve stim cover!
My husband used to work for this company for years and at this location so Im extremely surprised at the lack of communication, friendliness, and care. Ive been to enough DT annual parties to know this is not the Bruce Halle way or values. They also over inflated all of my tires by manufacture guidelines and im in the 40psi range which isnt safe at all. Normal is 29/30. And then the tire that they supposedly fixed I assume because I have no idea what they did is only sitting at 32 while the other three tires are well into the 40s.
Will never bring my vehicle back to this location.
Extremely frustrated with this entire experience!!

They were prompted, and the team there was reminiscent of a Nascar pit crew, fast and attentive..

Purchased new tires for my truck 08/30/24 they advised me to install new lug nuts/wheel locks and replace all tpms sensors. The tpms light was on when arrived I didn’t want to have any issues in the future. Pick up my truck tpms sensor light still on they tried to reset the light a second time they were not able to reset. I had to go out of town on family emergency. Brought it back 5 days later dropped off the truck. The new lug nuts that they installed were oxidized. I told sale associate he said that he will replace the lug nuts. Pickup the truck that afternoon the tpms light was repaired lug nuts were not available that had to order them. Five weeks later I have a nail on my tire. Schedule an appointment online for tire rotation and flat tire dropped off my that morning I asked sale associate about my replacement lug nuts told me no problem sir get those replaced along with tire rotation and repairing the flat. Pickup truck that evening before closing no new lug nuts or tire rotation only flat tire repaired. The wheel locks are chrome plated and the lug nuts are zinc they don’t match. The sale associate asked me if I could bring it back for the tire rotation this has been so unconvinced go back in fourth. The sale associate replaced my front lug nuts and telling me that it’s normal for lug nuts to oxidize I replied not after five or thirty days. I have not mention any names of the sales associate that I have spoken with I would like to be contacted by a regional manager. Don’t feel it’s fair to me for the amount of money I spent on this service.

Discount tire always has consistently good service with a decent range of tires in stock for many price points. For sure make an appointment if you can and even pay online before you go for the quickest service. And they honor their road hazard protection warranties unlike Firestone stores.

It was a 3 hour wait to get the tire fixed. We returned the call after dropping it off. The front desk stated it was ready. We get there and there was a new tire on the car. Why? It was not authorized by us. Richard C the salesman authorized it for us. Why? Do you need thar tire sales that bad? $96 unauthorized. The excuse was the spare looked old. Our tire was leaking slowly and it took 2 days and we have an air pump. Richard C. Stated he assumed the sale. I assume Richard C has no customer skills. What if we didn't have the money? Or couldn't get approved for a credit card? That's always the next step in sales when people cant afford things right. Richard C needs to be fired. If you can't sell a tire at a tire shop without lying to your tire technician stating the customer approved it. You shouldn't be in sales. Period. Since Richard C can assume things about every customer. I'll assume he can pay for the tire out of his check and refund me. This happened at 4:45pm Sunday 09/14/2024. We have 3 Bridgestone 80,000 mile tires on there and now thanks to Richard C we have an off brand cheap mismatched tire. We take care of our tires period. All our cars have name brand new tires. Not everyone just gets the cheapest. The manager had to refund me the tire disposal fee and told the manager what happened. Due to the fact we took the old tire. No one explain to us why it wasn't repairable. WHY? All he said is we aren't supposed to do that. Taking advantage of people is wrong especially in a business.

Even after having made an appt. I had to wait three hours for my tire to get repaired there was at least 12 men walking and standing around. Place had five stalls and only one stall being used and guest walking and right back out because of the line being long and only one guy at the register. While the other two registers were not open to help the line go down.

Don’t go to discount tire on Culebra Road. They lie to you and make excuses when it comes to servicing your vehicle! I wasted 3 hours of my time there and I was told my vehicle was next as I watched car after car going into their bay. The hey finally confess and told me they didn’t have the tire for my vehicle! They kept saying it’s coming and it’s 5 to 10 minutes away. They LIED to me. Never again discount tire on culebra. Beware neighbors and I will pass it on to all my military family and first responders family because I’ve done both.
