Bad customer service. Literally all of them on the phones. One was selling his pool table while glueing my nails, kept pausing my session to reply to his messenger. Then ones he’s done gluing them he stops and sends me to the lady who just finished my daughters nails to finish the rest of my set. Now this lady watching her shows while doing my nails, filing the crap out of them. Left cuts all on the sides of my finger nails, and my daughter as well. Not to mention they came out so thick. They almost look like duck nails 😭😭. The cherry on top, a customer came in requesting a pedicure she said it was her first time, and the lady who’s about to service her starts FaceTiming someone on the phone while starting the lady’s feet. Never again

It's ok! Can use More improvements on Listening to Customer what they want! Also less Narrow Cutting on Nails! But it's ok there! Do Research Before any Procedures There!!! Little High on Price 🙆

I loved this place so much recommend you gals check it out the best pedi I've ever had hands down 🥰ms.Carol is so kind, professional,courteous,clean,and very precise with her work. I left a horrible salon to find the best 👌 I'm so happy 😊 I came to diva salon I will be a returning client forever!!!!

Kelly did a great job on my pedicure and new set! She explained the process and made me feel at ease that she would do a good job! Very friendly! I recommend y’all come and let Kelly work on you!

The only good thing about this nail salon is Kelly the owners are rude and very unprofessional especially the husband very unprofessional male manager is very unprofessional to most customers would recommend that think twice about going here for service

If I could give zero stars I would.. First the guy that did my nails was in a rush and and his station was unsanitary.. It's only been a week and I already look like I've had em for 3 weeks lol.. when I see imperfections in the way the nails were done I asked if they could fix it and they insisted it's because I asked for clear tips and it's how it is?.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY RUN

I paid 40 for lashes 55 for a pedicure for my lashes to come off 3 days and my lashes usually stay on for 2 weeks these lashes came out in 3 days almost $100 No baby!!! I'm mad because it's my birthday lashes So after I realize my lashes was not done correctly and they came off 3 days later I go to get my money back she offered me half my money back and I had to get ugly just to get my money back It was a whole argument about this but no reason whereas you know my lashes are gone so and they normally last two weeks so this shouldn't even be a debate Carol was very unprofessional very rude but they got a good piece of my mind today because that's not how you do business by being rude to the customers that pay you a lot of money

Well, I went to Bellagio Nails first, thinking that I would get what I wanted as far as my nails and designs. I was totally mistaken. I got a Lavender pedicure. I realized that they didn't have the colors that I wanted, nor did the tech know how to do designs. It was recommended to come here. Fine time to tell me Scott! Carol and her husband were accommodating and nice. Carol's niece is the talented artist that got me right! Vibe was awesome! We talked about restaurants and food, as she is from Alief as well! I will definitely come and see them again!

The service is good, it’s just one of the owner that really irritates me, and they don’t know i’m also vietnamese but i just don’t look like it. I believe the owner name was vincent, the buff mean looking guy, he is really rude to his younger employees. He is constantly disrespectful to the 2 young employees the time i be coming to get a pedicure. He just have a big loud rude selfish mouth. So vincent, your really disrespectful telling them to go back home and rushing them and saying negative things to them is not ok and is unprofessional.

I absolutely love coming here, the atmosphere is relaxing and the staff has made me feel incredibly comfortable. I don’t mind the wait for my usual nail tech, driving the time from seguin out here really should speak volumes about the service that’s provided
