This place is a fraud a long time ago I went for a paternity test for CPS the results were negative I'm sure they falsified the tests but I leave everything in the hands of God and this lady Asia will come to her someday divine justice??

In March 2023, we did a DNA test for my mom's immigration application. It took longer than expected, but everything went well, and my mom received her visa today thank you ASIA.

Horrible experience. The machine was “broken” we had almost a 2 1/2 week delay for our results. They had me swab my sons mouth MYSELF in the lobby. The dad and baby got their swabs different days the paper says the same date. The fathers name was spelled incorrectly. DO NOT RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE.

An Exemplary Customer ServiceI recommend this Lab to anyone needing a credible DNA test.I must admit that DNA Reference Lab is a professional and outstanding DNA service provider.I'd started an immigration process for my Mom and was requested by USCIS to provide further proof of my case on file with them haven't submitted every other document I possibly could. The last resolve for me was to initiate a DNA test to establish a parent-child-relationship for my mom and I. DNA Reference Lab was amongst the list of USCIS approved Labs, which goes to show it's a reliable and integrity institution/entity.In June of 2023 I swiftly swung into action and contacted the Lab, and an easy and soft spoken voice picked up my call. It was Asia, sweet and kind, she answered all of my questions and the following Monday I proceeded to do my test, and my mother's test kit was shipped about the same week out of the U.S. to the U.S. Consular Office (Embassy) in the country my mother was residing for her testing.In August of 2023 my mother's test was done and the results sent back to DNA Reference Lab via DHL. On the same day of this review, I'd contacted the Lab again to confirm if they've received the results from out of country. Asia again picked my call, confirmed that they received the DNA kit, have gotten the results and had sent it to USCIS on this same day for my case on file.Hence, I recommend the professional, integrity, and fast paced services of DNA Reference Lab to anyone who wants a fast, reliable, and most especially a DNA Lab with integrity such as this one. You won't regret it.

Ms. Asia is so kind, professional, and refreshingly welcoming. She cares greatly about her clients.The local US embassy had some issue with the DHL label title and invoice. They requested that it be rectified before the DNA samples can be shipped back to the US.I stopped by the Lab and told Ms. Asia about the issue. And just like that without any hesitation, she got on the computer and prepared all the required documentation with the appropriate corrections and emailed it to the local US embassy..Great customer service… I definitely recommend DNA Reference Lab.. You will be glad you did.

Ms Asia has been wonderful. I used this lab and I appreciate the way they handled the process. I constantly called them from the start to the to end and all my calls got picked up and my questions answered. I was able to follow the dhl parcel too and I was able to know delivery status. Thank you very much

This is a worst, and dishonest company I ever met, the owner Asia only cares about money, no matter what costs to the customer.In May, I called and told them that I need a fastest processing because I have an oversea DNA test, if they can do the DNA report within 2 days and a fastest shipping. Monica said no to me. But later the owner Asia called me, and told that she could do it within 2 days and fastest shipping for me. Now I know Asia lie .After I paid, she almost did not reply me email. When the DNA kit was shipping out, everyday I checked the shipping status , and it spent 8 days for one way shipping. I called the women and asked where is the expedited processing, she answered that now she was busy, and did not have enough person to work on my case, and hung up my phone several times. After I called many times, they asked me to pay another $300 to speed up the process. After I paid $300, the processing time still took 4-5 days. I do know where is the expedited processing!!! I thought to change another company, but for the immigration DNA test, once it starts, you do not have time to change, and have to pay whatever DNA test company asked.The owner argued that shipping was out of their control. They did not realize that shipping was a part of contract, because the shipping fee I paid was given to them. DHL has 3-4 days shipping and Fedex has 8 days shipping, however the fastest shipping, this owner chose for me is 8 days Fedex!!! They told me that they do not know when DHL will come to pick up, therefore, they chose the 8-days shipping.Also they are not professional, They even do not know the DNA test report can be sent by Email.Never choose this company!!!!!!!!!!!
