I had a really awful experience that’s very personal and happened about 6 months ago. There is a man who tried tosexually hurt my autistic daughter but my son arrived before anything besides him making advances to her happened and as he was leaving my son called and notified me. I was a few blocks away actually right in front of Dollar General and I was able to pull the man over and jumped in his car pulling the keys out of the ignition running inside DG while calling the police. He chased me in the store and there was the little old lady with grey hair at the register listening to me describe to 911 what he did and what he was wearing. And then I lost it I swung at him and yes I proceeded to hit this man as well someone else who was as with me I was enraged. I didn’t wait for the police tbh and two days later I went in to the store and she threw me out. She said I was not allowed in the store because I assaulted someone not having any empathy for the situation at hand. Could have easily been her child or granddaughter. Instead she yelled in front of several customer at me and my special needs daughter to get out. I would go to this store about 4-5 times a week with my daughter because it’s our corner store and now we’re not able to. I’ve called to speak to the district manager, his supervisor, or anyone who can help me and I’ve been told 7 times they would call me back in 24 hours and here I am 6 months later still no phone call. Dollar general really doesn’t care about any of the loyal customers not does the employee who continues to not allow me in the store and I’m livid.. idk if anyone has suggestions but I’d love to hear them please

store cashier so so rude to everyone every time i shop there, 5’9 ish he’s white and has slick back hair(black), not sure of his name but next time i shop i will be making a complaint to the manager.

Dollar General it's my neighborhood store it's right around corner for my house so I go to the store but then you haven't been to Happy their prices are not correct items that say to $2. or $2.50 day yesterday I went to buy some Fanta there were 2/$3 a deal screwed again expired soda for dinner the customer service is okay the two guys that work there are cool guys I'm just tired of the mispricing an expired merchandise

Went in to pick up a few items, laundry soap, juices, and some baby wipes. what was shocking was the juices are still expired, let me explain in detail. Normally no big deal right. Well last friday i was shopping and saw the juices were expired there was a young lady working the register and a woman who when i was telling the young lady at the register said oh yes im aware of them today is the last sale date,aka manager name plate in this day n age doesnt mean much but a warm body to fill a position. i was taken by shock only because of her tone in which she spoke to me. hopefully this store can perhaps better train there employees at this location on zarzamora. I will not continue to shop here based on the snippy rude employees that dont want my business we all work hard for our money.

Great sales on easter stuff right now. It's a little hard to get around the store with the limited employees restocking having to be cashiers as well. The line took 10 Mins to get checked out for 3 candy bars and a juice.

Worst service ever!! The cash register broke and they just left me standing there!! When I asked the guy at the next register to assist me next (after he already took three other customers) he ignore me and continued to service the rest of the line. After asking him again, He stated that the register was almost done and proceeded to assist everyone else. If I was there before all of the others then it doesn't make sense for them to make me wait. Will definitely be filing a complaint!!

As soon as we walked in a gentleman by the name Edwardo greeted us. While we waited in line to pay we notice he spoke to everyone that he assisted in purchasing their products. What a very friendly,professional employee.
