Somewhat terrible service the workers are ominous and stalk most customers or bother ones just tryna shop by just ignoring them but acknowledging their need for help or tell them to put things up or nah we're closed way before they even close or say they're not open yet and just leave the building behind while slightly complicating things those were my experiences but semi good I haven't been here in a long time though is it still opened in any capacity

To be honest I hate leaving reviews on stuff. But for me to have to verbally tell them that they “if you’re gonna be rude then fine a new job” because the lady treated us like kids. Doing inventory and then telling us “put everything back” like come on. I’ve worked in customer service for 5 years I know how to treat guest and that isn’t okay. Looking at me like I’m stupid or a child. Do better cuz if I go back and still am treated like garbage it’s gonna be a report to higher ups

Would give no stars if I could, was shopping in one aisle and an employee came up to me and my family, “make sure you put everything back in its spot since we just did inventory”. I replied okay no problem and she stared at me like I was a child and gave me an ugly look. Im not the one to make reviews but that was very unprofessional, I myself work in customer service and that is not how you treat a customer. Get a better team for your store.

Was shopping with my daughter and was told by a rude employee asking for us to put everything back because they did inventory and they just did that area . She talk to us like we were children when we are grown adults . And another employee mopping Isles while
customers are still shopping and blocking them from getting in . This is very poor customer service and the employees need to be trained better .

Horrible treatment from an employee with glasses, she told me not to move the merchandise even without having touched it. I have never felt this bad in a store. I won't come back.

This location is one of the only dollar general that was in order,clean,fully stocked, great customer service, and best of all seedy checkout.

The employees and MANGER are greedy grimy and shady !! I went in yesterday for gain detergent on sale and noticed I could not find them. I ended up locating the 7 in stock hiding in the corner with other cleaning supplies blocking it so customers couldn’t purchase! When pulling JUST ONE down from the shelf BECAUSE I JUST NEEDED ONE an employee immediately approached me and said that the merchandise should not be on the floor and took them to the cashier and said they’ll hold them. When approaching to check out both employees try pricing at regular price !!! And kept saying the deal was not valid BUT YET THESE EMPLOYEES TOOK THE REST OF THE DETERGENT TO THE BACK SO NO ONE CAN PURCHASE THEM.

Horrible customer service the cashier with the glasses is the worst ever she needs to be fired along with the manager no respect for customers upper management needs to review the tapes.

Terrible customer service from both the cashier wearing a hard rock Cafe shirt not even Family Dollar uniform plus no name tag and he or it didnt want to give me my receipt i guess to accuse me of stealing.. Then it started arguing with me. Then sent out some ugly person with long hair just to attempt to belittle me for shopping at Dollar General. What is wrong with the Dollar General? Check the cameras. I don't need to stea but Thank you for accusing me and belittling me for shopping at Dollar General.

Everytime I visit this dollar general store, when there's a long line or a small line there's always only one register. Employees r rude and really don't care about your visit to the store. U can tell they hate there jobs. Always look mad. Anyway I told them I would contact there geno manager, and the girl stated , I don't care. I'll never go back again.
