I went to the dollar general on blanco this was the 2nd time within a week the first time I went they only had one basket so I got it shopped paid the elderly lady told me can you bring it back inside when I'm done so I took it back inside this recent trip I look around and see no basket so I'm like walking around thinking how am I going to carry my items so I got an idea went waited in line my turn ask the elderly lady excuse me ma'am may I have 3 bags since you have no baskets to put my sodas in and bring up front for you to ring up she looked at me and said sorry no we can't give you bags and I said we'll I'm going to get some sodas she tells me go ahead and get the carrying basket and use that I laughed and said their not gonna fit in the basket I go back pick up 3 6 packs of soda bring them to the front go back and get 3 more 6 packs plus I had other items stood in line tells me how are you today I looked at her and said are you serious your talking to me she said yes she rings up my 6 6 pack of sodas tells me I'm going to put them on the other register and when your done can you bring the basket back inside I looked at her and said what basket i was livid if your a business owner and you can't get baskets for customers to use why are you in business

Stop by to pick up some quick items instead of waiting at the grocery store with long lines. I was very surprised upon entering this location how clean it was. The isles were very organized, and this was definitely different for one of these stores.
I would just like to share with the employees there keep up the great work.

Very clean , shelves neatly stocked. New products available. I had stopped shopping here because the store had declined so badly. I recently stopped by for 1 item and was pleasantly surprised. Thank you for keeping our little neighborhood store so nice. We will start shopping at the Blanco store again regularly.

Visiting from out of town. They close earlier than posted hours. Never heard of this locking the door twenty mins before closing but oh well.

Wasn’t aware they close down 15mins earlier than 9pm. Lady was rude and said well the rules are we close 15mins early every night.

Great place to stop and pick up snacks. Snacks are conveniently placed directly inside the doors to the left. Easy checkout and courteous clerks.

The store closes at 9 but the door is locked by 8:40 and they won’t let anyone in!! The worker just stared at us! Change your hours to 8:40 so ppl know not to go here!!!
