This store was so neat and organized! May be the best organized store- for its size- that I’ve been to. And, the staff were extremely friendly with great customer service. Well done, management! That makes such a difference.

Sad that upper management gave such a formerly beautiful store to a manager who couldn't handle it. Heard from the grapevine that mgr came in with an iron fist and got rid of / drove away old staff team. New staff isn't half the people the others were. DM should've known that this was once a nice and clean store. Now, you can't even walk through the aisles without bumping into a metal cage.

i went to return an item today that i had just bought only 2 hours prior to attempting the return. the item was unopened and i had my receipt. i was told by the cashier that their store does not do returns. i was very confused as this item was not final sale or clearance. i asked if all dollar generals have this policy as i have made several returns at other dollar generals before. i was informed that it was a decision the manager had made that returns wouldn’t be allowed, and that i could instead exchange the item for something from the same brand. i did not want the same brand. i wanted my money back and could not understand why a refund couldn’t be processed even though i had the receipt, the item was unopened and i had only bought it 2 hours prior. i left the store with the item then sat in the car researching the dollar general return policy, where i saw that i could in fact make returns and that the store manager had been making up lies to tell his employees. i had to drive way out of my way to another dollar general to process the return. ridiculous. the manager of the morning shift is unbelievably rude and condescending

The girl who opened the store just before 8AM was so rude!I drove by the strore door to check the business hours and noticed a sign saying Closing for remodeling Sunday until Thursday! I was still wondering which Sunday as we are Friday 7:45! Then start backing up when a car used its horn. Then drove behind my car and stopped next to the store door. A girl came out and goes open the door. so I asked her if the store is open today. She replied rudely WE OPEN AT 8, AND YOU CANNOT PARK THERE! I replied i am just checking the sign (while still in my car)! She replied again BUT YOU CANNOT PARK THERE! I tried to explain that I am not actually parked, but stopped to check the Remodeling sign. She again replied rudely YOU CANNOT PARK THERE and closed the door behind her! Rude rude! How such unpolite be dealing with customers like that?! I just drove away and not wait 15min to buy anything there. And will not come back there! First and last time!

First of all the digital coupons are a rip off unless you follow their instructions to a T, you don’t get the discount! 2nd the manager of the morning shift is so rude. You sir should not be working in retail with customers but instead maybe with prisoners who don’t care how they are treated. You are rude! Also if you have instructions for me, you should look at me, not the poor lady trying to help me! Don’t bother going to this store! Walmart is cheaper without coupons! Plus I won’t ever give this store my business again! ZERO STARS!!!
