I always like this DG, its always been my childhood, look like this place is keeping pretty much strong to this day altho i heard some bad reviews saying there been rude costumers

Today was my first time visiting this location and it will also be my last. The “manager” on duty (young lady wearing glasses) was extremely rude! She was arguing and being very condescending to an older man regarding some coupons he wanted to use. Although the man was wrong about the coupons, the manager was so rude to him about the situation and he was not rude to her atall. She doesn’t belong working with costumers. The other cashier was polite & helpful regarding a broken toy my son wanted to buy. I asked if there were any other toys like that in stock or if the price could be reduced since the toy was missing a piece. The manager rudely told the other employee that they don’t give discounts on defective items and she also told the employee to damage out the toy because “they will get full price on the toy from corporate”. Once again, based on what I observed today (and other reviews), the manager should NOT be working with costumers.

Any DG that doesn't have Pokémon is getting one star because that's pure trash and poor management.(Just simply be consistent with your products.)

Bad company management. Leaving 1 or 2 employees to work register and stock shelves. I'm surprise they have employees.

The supervisor was VERY RUDE‼️ She never greets you. ALWAYS LOOKS LIKE SHE IN A BAD MOOD‼️ Someone from corporate office need to secret shop these store to see how us as customers are being treated in these locations it’s not fair to walk into a store as a paying customer to be treated unfairly and to leave the store feeling LOST‼️ They are paying workers to be RUDE & Not help us customers they have cameras replay the camera and watch how RUDE YOUR WORKERS ARE‼️ They be on their personal phones with hands free devices not helping out the in store customers and if you ask for help they be RUDE‼️ They only work for a CHECK NOT TO Assist customers‼️ CLOSE THE STORE IF YOUR NOT THERE FOR CUSTOMERS ‼️

I went here to buy few items and i stood in line for 30 mins jus because two Mexican girls on duty at the time wass outside smoking Marijuana then they was very rude n racist when i confronted them they need to b fired bad customer service

My mom went there and ask for an item that was $2. The gentleman yelled at my mom saying that “HOW WOULD THAT BE $2?”. When my mom went to pay, the gentleman told her that the item is more expensive when it was scanned. Prices dont match as what is on the tag; just of courtesy they should have honor the cost of the item. He was mean, terrible customer service, I hope they take this to corporate level or customer service complaints.

DO NOT BUY PROPANE FROM THEM! We bought propane to grill today and they sold us half a tank and wouldn’t replace it. They said that we need to go through Amerigas. Not helpful at all!

My favorite Dollar General, these guys always have what I'm looking for. Their shelves are always fully stocked with merchandise. Very nice staff.
