Came into store, scanned a few items saw that Coca Cola products were at discount 3-$13 , also had a $5 discount coupon - upon check out , employee could not give deal, stating that DG app was not accurate (even after scanning items in store on my app) She attempted to call manager on telephone, had a personal side conversation with laughter on the side just to come back and tell me the discounts would not apply. She then proceeded to blame the app stating that the app uploads coupons and deals early and she could not honor the deal that isn’t available until the following day. I asked over and over if there was another way she could scan the items again and she became rude , asking me to pay or move on. Nobody else was in the store at this time except for a second employee and she kept saying I was “wasting her time”. Customer service was garbage today and I do not believe she was unable to provide the discounts, she just was not showing competency using the cash register. Please see below for the deals I missed out on today. Re-training is definitely needed for your customer service representatives and management that did not resolve issue but continued a private conversation while a customer was waiting to check out.

Very poor to non existent customer service..even basic common decency like hello, thank you, how are you? Cashiers will not even speak at times.

I used to work at this store. The customers are nice. But management isn't. Jennifer, the manager, put so much salt in my food while I was on break, that I had to get my stomach pumped. She lets her personal life interfere with her work life. She talks a lot of crap but never ever did anything. After the salt incident, I quit because I'm not going to work with liars and deceitful person like Jennifer. And the way Jennifer treats her own daughter is disgusting and horrible.

Worst store ever. See for yourself. This is how it always looks. You can't walk down most aisles. Shelves always empty because nothing gets put out.

The employees are very nice! But the shelves are bare! They are putting all of the customers who enter the store in danger. They have boxes stacked up high and not even secure. You can't even get through the aisles because of the product lined up blocking the fire exit and the aisles. Can you imagine if the boxes fell on a small child or of the building caught on Fire?!?!

This store was always my goto Dollar General for years and now for some reason I am constantly annoyed. NOTHING hardly on the shelves because everything is still on the carts in boxes. At the end of each isle is a huge full cart. For the past 2 months it is like this maybe longer. It is no longer a convenience to go and pay extra. I am not the only one complaining they don’t let you know. Plus Nobody to be found for assistance. Only person doing the job is cashier. However everyone should put time into stocking shelves or hire ppl to do it because nobody else is. Also store in NOT clean!! I have managed shops and stores and there’s always time. I’ll take pics next time I am there.
