This location does have amazing employees, and that was Only due to the Manager who was running this location, she treated her employees and customers like Family. Dedicated to her work and making sure that her customers always left content. We also noticed her struggles, working double shifts due to not having enough employees. We went by a few days ago and were told that the company let her go. Big mistake, no Dollar General in this City ever looked as well organized as this location did. Purpose for our visit was to notify her about something we witnessed. While we were shopping there before leaving for our vacation to Colorado. The not so nice lady with blond hair we have seen before yelling at the nice manager telling her she was coming next week only to fire her with an evil smirk on her face, my husband recorded everything, manager seemed frustrated, in tears at the time. We both saw her walking around hiding food she took out from refrigerator and hid it in the aisles. talk about sabotaging your own employees.

This is the best Dollar General store I've ever been to. Very polite and organized. I did witness the manager at this location correct a customer when having a sale. She didn't allow anyone to take more than the set limit. A customer who had 3 cases full of tissue product was upset after the Manager made it clear that there was a set limit per purchase. Making sure sale items were available to all customers. I believe that the bad reviews are being posted by customers who are not allowed to get away with their bad deeds. Posting these malicious and frivolous reviews are a waste of time truly customers can see the truth when they walk into this well kept well mannered store.
Awesome job to all teammates at this location.

This is the BEST Dollar General! Always stocked, great end cap displays, very clean and the team that works there is always helpful and friendly! I tell everyone I meet to go there!

RUDE! As always no customer service skills!!! I don’t know what this world is coming to with customer service nowadays. The so called owner of this location who said she has 1.4 million dollars into location but she is a cashier ( What a JOKE) she’s a middle-age Hispanic woman she refused to give me her name or an employee number. None of them have name tags!!! It was a buy one get one free deal with no in store limit posted no where in the store!! She let one female buy a basket full then she put a limit of 3 to the other two women of color!!!! These dollar general here in San Antonio is Not African-American people Friendly it’s always a problem With the Hispanic cashiers!!! Always always!!!! I dread going into the stores!!!!!!!!

April 24/2024.. around 6 pm, the lady at register charged my wife for cases of water, each containing 24 bottles of water, but gave her cases containing 6 or 8 bottles of water. My wife couldn't speak English and I was not able to help her on the phone. I asked the cashier lady to simply refund and let her go, but she started making excuses. My wife had no option but to walk away with whatever she was given.

Nicest Dollar General I have ever been in. Had all the exclusive Dew flavors and the Nashville Hot Fritos. Place was clean and well organized with a ton of inventory. Great store.

Today is November 18th morning I came to Dollar-Giniya to buy bubble bath, the seller did not help me find this product and ignored my requests for help and dealt with other buyers. I lost 15 minutes of my time and left the store without shopping! I do not recommend going to this store

Cheap and competitive. Good deals, and savings. You can save vs other stores with grocery, ieyc., ncluding dollar tree. The staff is really helpful, and consistently so (my experience).
