I was shopping here and an employee, Tony began harassing a customer who was making an exchange. Tony was combative, argumentative and vulgar. He was cursing at the customer while accusing him of trying to steal stating he didn't have a receipt. The customer's receipt was with the cashier at the front the entire time Tony was following and harassing the gentleman. Tony then proceeded to go to the register as the cashier was processing the exchange and continued cursing and threatening the customer saying he lives around here and he doesn't know what hes capable of. Threatening and disrespecting customers for no reason is not a good look for Dollar General! I will not continue to give my money to a business who treats customers in this manner.

I went in around 5:40pm today and the cashier was so rude just having a conversation with someone she knew. Then another employee came to help and they just started having a conversation about a broken fridge. They didn't try to make any conversation with any of the customers. So rude!

Great employees. Paul is always ready to help in any way, even an elderly person to our car . I appreciate his prompt willingness for the job , and his kindness.

I probably will not ever shop in a DG ever again. Very sad. Not the way it used to be. Disgruntled employees are creating a path for DG's demise. Truly a terrible company. Please shop elsewhere. You can find what you need from other 'dollar' stores. Hopefully, the company can see the problem and save it.

So I bought a heater from dollar general and had to return it cause the light turns on but not the fan or motor so the manager said they will not be taking returns on these so if u buy a heater from here ur taking a risk with no money back guarantee. Hope this helps

Female cashier was rude and had no customer service skills. I asked for helping finding item that I needed to complete a door dash order. Her coworker was behind a register but couldn’t ring customers up for some reason, he was probably new. The cashier was impatient with me when I needed to scan an item on my phone that was required of me on the door dasher app. I asked for her name, since she wasn’t wearing a name badge and she refused to give me her name so I could report her to their corporate department. I wasn’t even given their corporate number. I feel bad for the customer’s order not being complete but even more frustrated by the cashier who went as far as threaten me by calling the cops. Why was there even a need to threaten me to begin with. Some people shouldn’t work customer service. Back in the day, I use to manage a Family Dollar - I would have never hired her.

Do not use this location. The two women stocking at 2:30 on 3/15/24 were beyond unprofessional and downright rude. There were only two customers in the store, but neither employee would help me find an item. When I expressed my opinion that their behavior was unacceptable I got a “yeah whatever” response. We won’t be back.

If I could give this store a rating I would...I will definitely not return to this store the manager treated me very rudely and was rude to her workers as well...I think they should do something about it...I heard that one of their workers named her Merry, I don't know what your name actually is.
