This is a nice neighborhood store conveniently located across from the Walmart. They keep a pretty good stock that empties out pretty quickly so be patient if they don't have everything in stock everyday, they generally get 2 shipments a week.

First, it's Dollar Tree so I shouldn't be surprised. However, associates should still show pride and respect where they work. Apparently, one cashier is able to handle 10 customers without calling for backup? I had politely asked for the cashier to call for backup; cashier "Ashle" looked at how long the line was and ignored my request. Next thing you know, her system froze and had to move to a different register (still without any backup). Then she had an attitude when scanning my items and was about to scan an item 3 times thinking I wasn't watching then pretending to not scan one item stating that she had forgot to include it. On top of that, the line kept growing and she decided to count the money even slower. Very unprofessional. And needless to say, I will not be going back to this location.

Today january 24, 2025, I went to the dollar tree in 919 bandera rd near to Walmart and the cashier was very rude and in a very bad mood, that had never happened to me in a dollar tree store, her name is ASHLEY , that's how it appears on the purchase receipt, they should put her in the warehouse, where she has no contact with the customers...

Tried to return vases with receipt, the cashier called I'm guessing is the assistant manager. Well the assistant manager proceeds to let me know I can get an exchange but not my money back due to policy. I look up the policy on the dollar tree website and show him that I can return for money back or exchange and he says there are no refunds. He stated that his store does not refund according to the manager.

Great location. Great selection. A little disorganized but not terribly. No hand baskets which is a carry over from the Covid days. Other locations use them so I am not sure why this location doesn't. With there being no hand baskets you have to use full size shopping carts, and that is only if one is available. If not that means you either have to wait for another customer to finish using one, or carry everything with you as you shop. I imagine that this hurts business for this store as I see customers not opting to wait, or carry things.

Been going here for about 6 years , seems like it gets better ( the products ( everytime I go . I’d rate the cleanness a 5/10 . Products are always stocked :)and employees are nice . Idk what I’d do without my homie dolla treeeee :P :D
