If I could have left zero stars I would have! There is a lot of product missing or not in the right spot the store was a mess! They only had one thing I was looking for I went to check out and the guy at the register was so rude and of course no name tag to call him out for it he literally huffed when I double check I had $1.35! I told him have a good day and all he could muster was “mhmm” so unprofessional and very rude! Seriously don’t bother with this location!

A BIG eye roll and a huff and puff is what she did when I asked her for three balloons and to pay for my few items. Viridiana or whatever her name is. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have never seen her working at this location before but I would avoid her at all costs

I like going to dollar tree. Everyone is friendly. As soon as I get home I count my items check my receipt and I had one item missing from my bag. I call the store and there's no dail tone. Tried calling before the store closed at 9 pm.?

worst experience today ! and i will never be coming back some employee there and it was a lady she was in charge of the balloons and she did not want to come out and help me and my husband we came to buy the #1 balloon for my son’s first birthday this weekend and she was just hiding in the balloon room talking very rudely back and forth to my husband ! we didn’t know what she looked like if you have such attitude don’t go to work !! worst costumer service she needs to learn how to respect people and talk right .

Janice does not have customer experience. Very rude. Customer asked her if they had folders. She did not answer him. When he asked again she yelled "WHAT!!!"but I was going to my sister's funeral so I kept calm. But I will be back to give her a piece of my mind.

I love this dollar tree! It has what I need. The manager Juan is awesome and professional he makes sure to handle any customer matters accordingly. 5 stars goes out to him.

Omg so first off the cashier Abigail couldn't tell me if they had helium for the balloon so had to wait on manager. The. When I finally got an answer left without any balloon but started reaching for my money when one she didn't even tell me how much it was and to I wasn't done pulling out the money for it. Gave attitude when I said u haven't told me the total she said it so low I had to tell her to speak up. I'm sorry but I also work as a cashier and it's common courtesy to not reach for the money till the customer is ready. Smh just wow

Worst experience ever here at this dollar tree JANICE WAS the rudest cashier ever she didn't want to air anymore balloon cause she said they had filled up 200 balloons already what she kept on saying but isn't part of her job duties worst employee ever if you don't like your job find a new one

They have the worst customer service Jonathan cashier with no one waiting in line never spoke to me I had to look at register to see how much I had to pay he looked like he jumped out of bed and went to work ...and this is at 10:37 am ?

The people working there were constantly stocking, friendly as ever, and keeping it as clean as possible while customers shopped.I enjoyed looking at the Halloween items this time.
