Wait until the store about 2:00 on a Saturday and it was only working and a bunch of guests the line went almost all the way to the back of the store for 15 minutes one cashier

I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. You can't even get out of the car to go in without 10 homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk and another 10 running up to you asking for money. Management needs to tighten that up

I usually have no problems here but today I got the rudest service both registers said closed so I go to the one lit up and the cashier tells me oh it’s closed the next one is open making me feel dumb but the cashier next to her had the closed sign and her light off. So if ya’ll want to make someone feel dumb maybe be well educated on what’s going on with y’alls coworkers have y’all’s cashiers turn their light on and take their closed sign off. And not only me but also the customer behind me asked if she was closed we got no response If y'all are gonna hire people don’t hire them lazy or make a self checkout thanks.

The manager at this location humiliated me. I had some older lesbian couple tag teaming at the line, you know one shops while the other stands in line. I only had a few items in my hand they had a basket full and were still actively shopping while in line. I spent thousands at the Dollar Tree to also save, but sometimes we just need a few things.So when they announced that another cashier open I moved towards it.The manager exclamations "Sir! sir! The next person in line! And proceeded to allow the tag teaming couple in front.I was so embarrassed, I didn't say anythingThe lady behind me also only had a single noticed my discomfort and probably red face."You only have a few items, they have a full basket!" she pointed out the obvious."She's also a cashier and there's more cash registers, instead of fighting with customers! She should open up another cash register is what she should do!" she proclaimed angrily.She was right, but I still didn't say anything.I spend thousands of dollars in the Dollar tree, and I know she has to recognize me. I'm here 4-6 times a month.This behavior will cause me to never return to this particular store unless absolutely necessary.
