This one here sucks at her job and has a attitude problem. Basically threw my receipt at me lol sure it’s on camera. Luckily she is old and I’ve been taught to respect elders - but you guys should correct this behavior.

Poor girl was stressing with a LONG line of people!!! Felt so bad for her, I really thought she was the only one there up until she called a manager to the front, and I was in disbelief…management obviously sucks here! Probably just sitting in the back.

I just witnessed the store manager be so rude and aggressive with the patrons at this location. The customer accidentally hit an item, ill placed in the walk area, which I’m sure is a fire hazard because it blocks the walk way to the exit, and they quickly said they will pick it up as they did knock it down. The woman claiming to be the store manager, “Mary Jane” exclaims, “oh gosh! Why go down an aisle you know you can’t fit?!” They responded, “that it was an accident and we can pick it up.” The employee continued to provoke the customers saying they shouldn’t have gone that way and being completely rude. The ladies said they didn’t appreciate how Mary Jane was speaking to them and should stay home if she isn’t in a good mood because the way she’s treating them is poor customer service. Mary Jane then says, oh well, if you don’t like it, you can go shop somewhere else.
Since Mary Jane was being so disrespectful and antagonistic the customers walked away and continued their shopping. Mary Jane continued to argue and follow them around the store harassing them then threatening to not ring up their items and that they need to leave. The customers said they only want what they came for, they’ve done nothing wrong and the manager can ring them up is Mary Jane chooses not to. Mary Jane then says you need to leave or she’s calling the cop and that she is the manager.
Mary Jane proceeds to call the cops. The officer comes and tells the women that they have to leave because Mary Jane has that right. If they don’t leave they will be charged trespassing and will not be able to shop that location and others for refusing to leave the premise.
This is ridiculous that the employee not only initiated the confrontation, escalated it, harassed the customer and still had her way with having them put out of the store.
Poor leadership, bad for business.

Manager was extremely rude to my wife today because she had shopping bags which are common to carry in stores. They are literally called shopping bags. We have never had this issue before and we are frequent shopper. We also offered to keep the bags up front and behind the counter and it was refused. The manager needs a lesson in customer service or find another job

That white Lady Christine is very sweet but needs to smile more and be nicer to the customers instead of lashing out for small things !! I know it's gets pretty busy but customers should be #1 priority so sorry...

This rating is not for the store but for one of the Cashiers and is a Minus ZERO STARS in Customer Service for the (older), short Lady in the glasses, who not only needs training in basic customer service but also training 1-0-1 in First come, First Served!!!! That way it won't look like she is picking and choosing who she helps and in the process appear to be DISCRIMINATING!!
She was cashier #2 I guess helping with the line for cashier #1, so here I come to her with literally 2 items...yes TWO things and she refused me!! She told me to go to the other line where the lady Infront of me had 50 items!!!!
Sure enough here I am stuck behind the lady and because she has so many items, line gets long again! Did that Cashier then say, can I help THE NEXT PERSON IN LINE?? NO!!! She waved at somebody behind me to come to her Register and others followed. I even said I was next and got NO reaction from her! Imagine my frustration, but did she give a damn? Obviously NOT!! I hope she's not a team lead, a supervisor or worse a Manager cause she has no idea what she's doing or how she's treating people!

I had an awful experience due to MJ’s abysmal customer service. I decided to hold off on two items and attempted to leave it behind, only to be met with a flat-out refusal from MJ. “You can put it back where you got it!” were her words verbatim. Her attitude was rude, dismissive and unhelpful.
The situation worsened when I encountered an issue with the card reader. Instead of offering assistance, MJ was incredibly condescending. Her lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for excellent customer service was shocking. This experience has left a sour taste, and I won’t be returning to this store anytime soon. Dollar Tree needs to seriously reconsider their staff training if they want to retain their customers.

Anthony sucks! He claims to be a manager yet it says sales associate on my receipt. I had 11 bags of items that were somewhat large and heavy. He would not let me remove the pole to take the cart outside to my car, so I could unload my items. Store was not clean and items were not stocked. Definitely a ghetto store and Anthony has very poor customer service. I do not recommend.

Great Assistant Manager who although was busy stocking shelves, helped me with products I was searching for to support beauty and wellness of my teacher friends. Thank you Dollar Tree for having a clean and well stocked store. It's nice to visit your store where customers are valued.
