I had a very upsetting experience at the Dollar Tree located at 7142 San Pedro in San Antonio on April 5 2025, around 11 am . An employee cashier at this location treated me in a way that was both unprofessional and deeply hurtful. I left the store feeling embarrassed, overwhelmed, and emotionally shaken so much so that I had a panic attack afterward. No customer should be made to feel this way. Employees should be trained not only in customer service but also in how to treat people with respect and empathy. I sincerely hope Dollar Tree takes this seriously. This experience has left a lasting impact, and I would never want anyone else to go through what I did. I'm hoping to receive an apology and see corrective actions taken at this store. Just FYI

I always find Little treasures especially in packaged foods and spices that I would pay for a lot more if I were to go to my grocery store.

If I could give this place a 0start I will , very but I mean very rude customer , I asked for the key for the restroom I wasn’t only going to use the restroom I was going to purchase a few items , I asked the cashier and with a very rude attitude she said someone is in there then I asked ok do they have the key so I could wait for them and she kept saying you need the key I asked another lady I asked if she could check if key was back and she said if cashier doesn’t give it to you there’s nothing I can’t do then she said something under her breath , what kind of customer service is that I even asked them nicely . By the way store was extremely messy stuff everywhere on the floor , one cashier open and there was a line of 10 people.
Someone needs to tell them employees they need to be more nice towards customers , it’s all about customer service I would i understand if I was been rude and didn’t want to give me key but I wasn’t I was nice and polite every time I asked them . Worst experience ever !

This Dollar Tree was pretty bare. Store is messy. Limited product availability.
Good customer service.
If the store is no longer viable, then close it down.

The worst dollar tree I have ever visited. The lady who I try to ask for some item was rude and not at all friendly. They work reluctantly and there is no good customer service. Save yourself the trouble of going. If I could give them a worse score I would!!!!!

The staff here (aside from the guy who was stocking in the back who was reluctant to help me find what I was looking for and seemed annoyed that I asked him a question) the ladies were very helpful especially the assistant manager who was working on inventory. Thank you for being so helpful, I do see the effort being made to restock the shelves.

This store used to be nice...however, now there are a ton of people outside hounding you to purchase things. We could barely get inside the store. Then, when we were in the store, most of their shelves were empty. The store was a mess.

This is unlike any other Dollar Tree I've shopped in. Most aisles are in disarray. The food aisles and shelves look very unsanitary. The floor looks like it's been through the ringer and cashiers don't greet customers when they walk in or check out. Not to mention, I had a cashier named, Oceana, who didn't say "Hi", "Bye" or "Have a nice day" when she was ringing me up. I even thanked her when she handed me the receipt and she just replied with a "Mmm hmm". Yet, the lady in back of me who, let's just say, looked more like her, got a big ole "Hi, how are you?" as I was walking away. Not cool ma'am.
