Bad customer service.
Stopped by to pick up some stuff but had to use the restroom badly to which the women’s was out of order and the cashier who handled the situation said they had to ask their manager so I could at least use the mens until they fixed the women’s.
Either fix the women’s basically or just say no restrooms or something.

Ever since the new manager has taken over this place looks pretty good before you couldn't find things. Things were on the floor. They weren't put in the right place and it was so disorganized. The only thing that I would say that's missing from this Dollar tree is the sweetheart chewies that I eat all the time. Any other candy though? You can find any other thing that you want you can find but much better. Much much better

One star because of communication and more courtesy from your staff. Please work on that.
Rationale: I went to this dollar tree early Tuesday morning to make a quick return. The store was pretty empty so I figured it would be a fast visit. Once at the register a very timid employee called the manager via the overhead intercom and continued on with restocking. That’s fine. What’s warranting this one star review is when another customer was trying to make a purchase at said register that timid employee told me, “can you move?”. Excuse me. I then offered to find the manager myself and she then again called the manager via overhead to which about a couple of minutes later, the manager hastily tells the employee “what.” Once I got a hold of the manager, all went smoothly, but the interactions between staff member and with customers could use some work.

Went to 2 other Dollar trees before coming to this one looking for balloons last mins. The first one, I stood in line for nothing, just to be told there was no helium. Called the 2nd one, nothing. Came to this one and Dorothy was just amazing helping me with getting me the balloons I needed. And Wanda at the cash register, just an amazing positive attitude from both ladies. Both changed my evening for the better. Thank you ladies!

Stephanie is very unprofessional, very disrespectful. And a racist! Never had any problems in that store until today when I went through her line. If she doesn't like her job then she should find else where because she is making Dollar Tree look very bad. She has lack of customer service and is very disrespectful and RACIALLY profile Black people. I am reporting her and the Dollar Tree manager Zach to the BBB for how I was treated today. Never have I had any problems until today with her and Zach the manager. If they are the face of your store then I advise you to talk with them regarding there customer service and professionalism. Being a paying customer and getting treated like my money doesn't matter is horrible. Never have I been treated this bad at any other store. And Zach her manager a loud her to behave in an unprofessional matter is just as important to talk about with him. The BBB needs to go in and investigate how they treat people other than Hispanics. Everyone money is green and everyone should be treated with the same respect and great customer service as any other paying customer no matter what color are background they come from. I always go in that store and I have never been treated as bad as I got treated today. Zach and Stephanie need a class on customer service and professionalism in a working environment. Dollar Tree if this is the face of your company then I hate to see the other Dollar Tree.

Dollar Tree Employee, Lori provides excellent service to her customers. She is cool, calm and collected during peek times. My experience while waiting in line to be checked out was nothing less than effortless. She tended to each customers needs in a quick and professional manner. She is definitely an asset to Dollar Tree which ensures customer loyalty. Thank you for making me feel valued and welcomed.
