Literally spend almost $100 dollars here and the lady just packs all my stuff into 2 bags like maam are the bags coming out of your paycheck. I went and grabbed an extra 2 and rearranged in the car. She was doing the absolute most for inconvenience. If you hate the job, quit it. Your sour attitude runs off on others. I literally had to tell the cashier to stop pushing me out the door. She scanned the next person's stuff before I had even picking up my 12 drinks from the counter, that she didn't want to bag in the first place like what is the problem.

Customer service here sucks! I went in for 9 items to include a Snickers candy bar for a treat for someone and they didn’t have any. That wasn’t the problem I had. The problem I had is when I tried to ask the cashier who was on a phone call with AirPods, he put his finger up to me in a “hush” manner and pointed to his ear letting me know he was talking on the phone. Smh. I guess I was disturbing his conversation.
He says he was talking to his manager and his manager said they were out. Smh. I don’t normally even shop at that location and the one time in 3 years it hasn’t changed at all smh.

Went to this store today and the cashier was not feeling well and was by herself at the store with lots of customers. The store was extremely hot. It’s really sad that there was no one to cover for her. I used to work at this store when it first opened and there was always a manager there w us. Just cuz you work at the dollar tree doesn’t mean you don’t matter. This was completely unfair to this young lady. And another thing: I contacted corporate. But I was told to write an email ?? What kinda mess is that ?? I couldn’t even voice my concern to a live person smh. Dollar tree needs to do better by their employees. This is ridiculous.

Went to get some balloons and one of the cashiers had her 3 kids working one small boy was sweeping and two young girls were stocking, while their mother her name tag said porcha she was laughing on her cell phone while gossiping never asked me anything during checkout and then after I paid she took forever to give my change like she wanted me to just leave but I waited. There was one other cashier but only saw her at her register. Seems like these poor kids are doughier moms job while she busy getting paid for being lazy.

Store was trashed unopened boxes everywhere. I assume it was manager was talking to employee and using curse words . I have not been in years .. sage to say won't be back . Only nice person was the cashier
