Accused my little brother of stealing then threatened to beat him up when he emptied his pockets and he had nothing but his phone wallet and earphones. Racial profiling at its highest.

Holly, worst customer service experience ever. I never thought I would leave a review for a quick stop in a dollar tree. She was extremely rude and it was very annoying to be serviced by her. This is my regular store so, I hope she will not be my cashier again.

Everything was beautifully organized and somewhat stocked for what I go in there for. I always go to get soaps for the bathrooms at my job. The smells they have are always giving me compliments. I also buy the pens that always disappear unless I keep them in my pocket. They have yet to disappoint.

I'm here but we were treated in such a rude way the cashier had an extremely attitude like when you are going to borrow something someone else and that person knows that you won't return it to them it's sad that being one of my favorite stores I don't return my purchases anymore someone else I would like to go to another store to not treat me like this, this should reach the managers so that before hiring their staff, check how they will treat their customers.

Walked in to buy batteries. I needed to use the restroom. It was locked. An elderly cashier said she'd open. As we were walking, I asked her where the batteries are8located. She, in a kind of gruff tone, sauff up front.
I figured she meant by the register. Finding nio batteries. I asked the young employee where the batteries can be found
and she pointed them out on aisle 5.
When I got to the register, the elderly employee moved for the younger one to take over. The elderly one whispered something in her ear.
After the younger gal rang up my order, I thanked her. She said not one word. She didn't ask if zi needed a receipt.
Fire these two women. They are very unprofessional. I will never set foot this Dollar Tree again.
If one wants to whisper to the other about me, they are cowards. The worst D T employees in San Antonio.
Corporate needs to know this!

Went into this location yesterday and the young man at the register was so friendly and professional. His name is CJ and he greeted every single customer and made pleasant conversation with each customer at the checkout. A+ service.

The other day when shopping at this location I came across a very loud and rude employee. This employee seem to be angry and not very helpful. The name on his name tag was CJ and he seemed to not want to do anything besides walk around the store and flirt with some of the customers and staff.
