I was behind a lady in line who needed help getting her bags to her car because she wasn't supposed to lift heavy things. The cashier was very kind and gracious, called someone to help and told her she could make as many trips as she needed. It wasn't just the polite courtesy, it was the warmth and welcome with which they supported her. I was happy to witness this. The cashier's name was Alex.
