Don's & Ben's is a very tidy and neat store with well-spaced aisles and orderly, stocked shelves. The employees are described as a super team, the best in the city, and are very welcoming, pleasant, and friendly. They are helpful and clearly like their job. The business has a great selection of products. However, some pricing on specific items is noted as extremely high and discouraging. Customers find the team welcoming and report they will likely return.
I, a very unquestionably 46-year old grey-haired and bearded male, came in to buy plastic cups and only plastic cups. Nothing else. Not even a lotto ticket. Got carded. Lol.
