Don's & Ben's is a neighborhood liquor store that is a most easy favorite place to go for many customers. The store is very clean and it's easy to find what you are looking for. Usually, customers have a very good experience here and are treated very well. Their customer service is on target every time. The associates are very friendly and very much informed regarding knowledge of the products. They know all about their products and are very helpful, often smiling and treating customers as if they were part of the family. Many feel the employees are an asset to the business in helping select the correct wine or liquor. However, there is a notable exception concerning a younger guy working the front. His attitude is terrible and he is very confrontational while trying to make a sale, acting as if every request is a burden. He complains about other customers, the job itself, and anything under the sun, and does not care or pretend to care about the job. Many customers wish he would be fired. Aside from this, the store's selection is not large and it is in a somewhat higher price range, but it remains a go-to for its convenience and generally excellent, knowledgeable service.

My neighborhood liquor store and I like this place . Except for the young guy working the front . Hey takes his jokes to far and is very confrontational while trying to make a sale as if everything you ask for is a burden for him . I wish they would get rid of him .
