This was damage from a deer and Down At Deano's did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company. You will never be disappointed as the entire staff is all about customer service, and their work is always guaranteed. Thank you to Dean and the entire staff for making her pretty again!

I have 4 cars and two children in college. Unfortunately I have needed a lot of body work done over the last few years. I was lucky enough to discover Down at Deano's many "incidents" ago and have never been disappointed. Excellent customer service, they seem to be able to work through all of the complexities with the insurance companies , and my cars come back looking like new. I'm pretty stingy with endorsements, but they are one of the handful of companies in San Antonio that I would strongly recommend

Had some body work done here and they were able to have my car like new in about a week. Great customer service took care of returning my rental for me . Overall highly recommend if I ever need work done again . Will definitely go back .

This review is long overdue. Had my Mustang sprayed in gloss black (original color) and was very clear that I wanted showroom quality. I was quoted a fair price at $6500. When the car was done it was far from showroom quality. The hood looked amazing but the body itself had small dull almost matte looking spots and fish eyes here and there. I was so frustrated I paid and departed after complaining. Deano (owner) never offered to fix the mistakes. An employee also stole my Ford valve caps which they did eventually compensate me so I could replace. Very disappointed and wont ever go back. Deano attempted to gaslight me stating it was a show quality job which it clearly wasnt.

Wife wanted the front bumper replaced on her Infiniti Q50 (not an insurance claim). I was given advise from a neighbor who recommended Down at Deano's.
They replace the bumper with an OEM, Painted an Washed the car for delivery within 5 business days. The car looked great and the wife was happy!!! This establishment is a solid YES...for body work

Down at Deano’s did a great job repairing my 2022 Toyota Camry. They did the job in a timely manner and did excellent work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs high quality body repair.

I love Down at Deano's. First, it's local and independent, which is more important than most people realize. Second, they have outstanding customer service. Most chain businesses have lousy customer service. I was thrilled with my experience at Down at Deano's. All of their staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. In the future, I will use Down at Deano's exclusively for my auto body repair. They are exceptional at what they do and the best in the business.
