Dreamers is a family-owned company that has been serving Texas for over 30 years. They pride themselves on being proudly independent and enjoy helping people find what makes them happy. Dreamers offers a large collection of pleasure products, as well as movies for rent, exchange, or purchase at all their stores. The stores are open 24 hours (except San Antonio which is 7 am - 2 am) to serve customers. The staff is described as super friendly, open earlier than most, and providing excellent customer service. Customers have had positive experiences with staff members like Mario, Vanessa, Joclyn, and Bailey, who are knowledgeable about the products and helpful in assisting customers.
wonderful customer service ! called asking for a specific toy ive been looking all around town for and they not only had it, but put it on hold for me while i went to pick it up ! Bailey was a huge help ! will definitely be back if im looking for anything specific again ! 10 stars if i could give it for sure

Super friendly staff open earlier then most as well. Will deff return to this shop before going elsewhere. Good selection too.

Mario was Amazing! He gave me the good, bad and ugly of the product I was searching for! Hands down best customer service ever! If you are new to these “naughty’s” I encourage you to come see Mario!
